Found was the perfect solution for my needs. I needed a jump start on changing back to a healthy, balanced lifestyle and decided to give the medication route a try. The initial personal coaching was great although I really already knew what I needed to do. I had become out of shape due to depression and eating poorly/drinking way too much during the pandemic. I was just in a funk and needed a boost. However it is a great feature and the coach I had was very supportive. The doctor was through and the medication arrived quickly. Luckily I had results with the first prescription. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The online forum was great because initially I did have some side effects and it was reassuring to see that it was very common and short lived. What’s great about this program is that you can be like me and just use it ( the app) minimally with just weigh ins and doctor visits or really get into, and be part of the whole community. As for the cost, considering the medication is included I think it’s a great deal. I am sure if I was paying for the same medication via my regular GP it was be the same price. I am now back into my jeans, the good ones. I feel like myself again. I no longer snack mindlessly. I have pretty much eliminated alcohol which in itself helps with weight loss. I feel great. I did not use Ozempic or any related products. The medication I was given helped with appetite control and also the brain chatter.

With the help of my providers at Found over the course of one year, I am finally at my goal weight! I have struggled with my weight over the past 15 years. My weight loss has been slow and steady. Which is fine with me I’m sixty two almost sixty three and if I way less each month than the last month it’s a win. Before Found it was the other way around. I’m no longer thinking about food all the time that constant hunger is gone. Great community of support when I need it.
