This is a ripoff.
After being on the prescription for two months, I saw no results at all. I even gained a few lbs.
I finally decided to do some research and found out that the meds they prescribed me interact with thyroid medication that I’m on. The thyroid meds make the weight loss meds ineffective.
Would’ve been nice to know before dropping hundreds of dollars and taking a medication with potentially harmful side effects

Refund policy is a Joke!
I tried this program, I took the meds as prescribed and followed the Drs. orders...unfortunately, this program did not work for me so i decided after trying a few different meds to cancel. I cancelled days after they charged me for the 5th month which was $99. I did not receive the medication for the 5th month because you have to accept it for them to mail it, so I asked for a refund for the $99. They repeatedly kept telling me there are other services that are offered besides the meds available. So you are telling me I paid you $99 for customer service for less than a week? Also, after refusing to give me the $99 back I decided to look for reviews on this program and found that is how they operate! I understand if they would have shipped the meds but they weren't even shipped! Also, upon further research the meds they prescribe for weight loss are actually treatment for other things like migraines and opiate addiction... and has a very low percentage of people that report weight loss from these meds... All in all... feel like it's a scam.... for them not to give me that money back just proves it... Also, they are now charging a $129 cancellation fee if you cancel before 6 months! Since I signed up before that began i am safe from it... but BEWARE... I will let any and everyone know to stay far away from this program!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write a review for Found. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members. Additionally, the medications available to our members are FDA approved for many uses along with weight care and many of our members continue to have success with their prescriptions. Every member is given information about possible side effects as well as instructions on how to use their prescribed medication.

This is unfortunately a scam
This is unfortunately a scam. I’ve tried nearly every workout, diet, and medication available to me to lose weight with PCOS and insulin resistance, all to no avail. A friend of mine recommended found because they were able to get a GLP-1 agonist Rx and it had helped them a lot. I joined, paid the money, and then was told to take a medicine I’d already indicated I didn’t want to take on my intake survey. When I asked about the GLP-1 medications, and explained I’d been advised these would be helpful, the doctor said they were no longer available. I was really bummed and went to cancel and they wanted to charge me a second fee for canceling for $129, so essentially I wad screwed into paying $229 for absolutely nothing. I pushed back, and got a partial refund, but I’m
Still ending up paying $130 for no help at all. I may as well have just paid for Noom for six months instead, which I already tried, and helped a tiny bit more. Beware of this company. As a woman desperate for help with my obesity, I was easily duped. My doctor has written me the Rx for the Semaglutide, so I know I am a good candidate, it’s just that my insurance won’t cover it. I was wrong to think that Found would be any help at all. Do not give this company your business.

Hello, we appreciate you taking the time to write a review for Found.
Our GLP-1 program has been paused for several months but we hope to offer GLP-1's again in the very near future. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members. Thank you for expressing feedback. Your thoughts go a long way to helping us improve the experience for all members.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUND
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUND. I was stupid enough to believe their lies. I thought they were going to provide a personalized weight loss program monitored by a medical professional. As of right now, I've been a member for almost a week with no communication or assistance. There's no coaching and no medical provider. You're throwing money away, and they will not give you a refund. The tracking feature is a joke. You can do all of this for free. Stay away!

Medications don’t work and their money back guarantee is a scam
They act like they are customizing the medication to you but after reading reviews, others listed the same medications Naltrexone, Bupropion, Topiramate, and Zonisamide. These are all very inexpensive medications. They are also serious antidepressants and anti-seizure drugs that alter your neurotransmitters and hormones, so of course they can have pretty serious side effects. The Found providers prescribe these medication without ever examining the person. I tried the medication and felt terrible on them. One made me completely apathetic and the anti-seizure medication caused memory problems. None of the medications helped me lose weight. Then, when I tried to access the 90 day money back guarantee, they claimed it was only valid for 90-120 days after signing up. Found is a complete waste of time and money.

False advertising... possibly defrauded
I joined found because I was hoping to get a prescription for Saxenda. They have a lot of hoops to jump through, send Blood test results, insurance card etc. I did all of this. I realize Saxenda is expensive, so I understood why I was offered extremely cheap medications first... and I tried them all. Metformin, Topiramate, Naltrexone and Bupropion.... But when none of these worked I thought I would at last be offered a trial of Saxenda (or at least Phentermine even though I didn't want that), but I was totally shut down by the "clinicians". They said they are not offering it now. No reason as to why, or if it will ever be offered. Nothing. To top it off, I then cancelled my subscription, but well after my cancellation they charged my Amex another $149. I am now in process of trying to get that back.

Found WILL NOT honor their 90 money back guarantee...…
Found WILL NOT honor their 90 money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. After 90 days, three billing cycles, and zero weight loss, I submitted a request to cancel my membership and request a full refund. First they claimed I was not eligible for a refund because "Since medication was consented to and shipped and July and September we are not able to provide any further refunds to your account. The refund policy is determined by whether or not the recommended medication has been consented to, prescribed, and shipped. In general, refunds are not eligible once the medication has been prescribed and shipped.". That is not their policy. I questioned this response. The next message just stated I must not have one of the 4 requirements and sent the actual policy. I met all the requirements yet Found still refuses to honor their 90 money back guarantee. The medications I was prescribed, Neurotin, an Anticonvulsant and Nerve pain medication, which sometimes has a weight loss side effect. I reached out to the physician and explained the side effects I was experiencing on the lowest dose, which shr responded that That side effect is rare, but to continue to increase the dosage. Well the side effects that are 'rare' became much worse, I requested a change in medication. The next medication that was prescribed was naltroxene, a medication given to drug and alcoholics, because this medication also sometimes provides a side effect of weight loss. There ARE medications out there specifically for weight loss, yet two medications prescribed were in hopes that the side effect of weight loss might occur. The coach... after 8 weeks of checking in, and setting weekly goals, has nothing else to offer, and asks me what I want to work on each week for the next three weeks, no goal setting, no suggestions, I had to research and come up with 'something ' that I wanted to 'work-on'. That is not useful, and a waist of a resource.
Found responds with a bogus reason why a 90 DAY money back guarantee is not honored. You receive a refill every 30 days, if you accept the second month's medication (after 30 days), you are not eligible for a 90 day money back guarantee. If you have 90 days to determine if this program including medication is effective, you are not eligible for the refund!
Response from FoundSep 28, 2022
All members still qualify for the 90 day money back guarantee if they receive the first shipment of medication. However, the disqualifying factor happens when members continue with the program and consent to and accept a refill of that medication. These guidelines are listed under the terms and conditions here: https://joinfound.com/pages/terms-and-conditions

FOUND says they prescribe "weight loss medications"
States they provide "personalized coaching"
Neither of these is technically true.
FOUND has ONE medication combination that is actually considered for Weight loss. HOWEVER, they amount and combination they prescribed did not fit the Weight loss criteria for prescribing.
The other meds they provide are drugs such as Blood pressure meds, Seizure meds or anti-depressants that have some possible side-effect of Loss of appetite.
They do NOT personalize the dose of these meds, so the possibility of them actually working is ZERO to none. For example, they prescribe the same amount for someone at 160 lbs as 280 lbs. (my friend and I researched and compared)
The medication they gave me was for Seizures. After further research, I discovered that only 5% of people taking the medication have Loss of Appetite as a side-effect. The second medication they gave me was a Blood pressure medication with 7-10% possibility of side effects.
Each "Medical Professional Review" they would say "Based on your history, the only thing we can prescribe is..."... I would refuse and they would offer something else... (????) Twice they offered to "prescribe" OTC meds. (Alli)
Once, I was literally just sent a list of medications and told to pick. (so much for the professional opinion)
As for coaching, 3 times a week you get a generic text from someone. You answer the question and then get a "way to go" or some silly response.
It's anything but personal.
As an after-thought... while reading some of these reviews, I cannot help but feel that they are possibly writing their own reviews here. No one from our support group has had a positive experience like described in some of the writing.
