If I could give 0 stars I would. I joined in Nov. Received medication in Dec. Enrolled in 3 months. Paid $298. After the first 30 days, when it was time to renew, I advised that I felt no change. I hadn't lost any weight and I didn't feel any different. I was told to wait it out because it took a couple of months. At the end of Month 2, still on change. I reached out to cancel and was told I was required to pay 6 MONTHS for a program that was UNEFFECTIVE for me. The physician didn't listen to what I was looking for (increase energy and appetite/craving control). I was just prescribed probably the same as everyone else that may work for some but not all. To be charged an EXTRA $188 because it didn't work for me is ridiculous. I didn't even get 3 months of medication for the initial $289 I paid! I will NEVER try this or any other service like it. It was money down the drain and I'm thoroughly disappointed. This program is full of coercement and entrapment if it doesn't work for you.

I joined Found 1 month ago. After completing the assessment, only 2 medications were appropriate therapies: Metformin and Naltrexone. Both were ineffective for me. I reached out via email to express that I’d like to cancel and receive a refund for the second month as I have not received a response from the provider in several days. They explained that I would not be refunded the $119 but also charged $129 for early cancellation. I informed them that I was not aware of the terms and why should I pay for a service when the provider hasn’t responded. I just needed feedback based on the side effects I was having. The same day, I received a response from the provider stating that there were no alternative treatments. Within hours my membership was canceled and I was charged an early termination fee despite the provider determining their wasn’t anything additional to provide. I responded to the emails multiple times saying that I didn’t confirm cancellation and provided screenshots from the provider. They only repeated that a fee had been assessed. There is no phone number to call or anything. I have began posting my experience on social media to hopefully warn others against these types of practices. Best of luck to everyone!

Honestly run the other way. I couldn’t find a lot on them before I signed up but I was pretty desperate. I took the medication for about 5 months. Lost 5lbs total after being on an off brand of seizure medication. My physician was really concerned with why I was on this medication. I talked to their doctor previously about the medication not working for me and that’s what they prescribed. It was expensive a waste of money and all around terrible customer service. Don’t do it

I’ve been struggling to lose weight since I had my babies, even with healthy eating and exercise so I decided to try Found. This is not personalized to the customers at all. 1st prescription: terrible side effects and weight gain. 2nd prescription: terrible side effects and weight gain. Im talking extreme nausea, fingernails literally coming off, severe depression, and now after only 7 weeks they want to give me “their only other option”. They just keep throwing medications at you hoping one sticks. When told I don’t feel comfortable trying a third medication in two months, they are charging me an early cancellation fee. Clearly they don’t personalize anything to the individual, nor prioritize health and safety, or stand behind their services/products. Why am I to be financially responsible for medications their doctor concluded is ineffective and unsafe? I also found the app to be a total waste of time. And not to mention these bogus “early cancellation fees” which are NOT given up front when you sign up. Literally I went back to the sign up page and you have to dig through a very vague statement about it in very fine print. I never even asked for a refund for the products or services I received and paid for. At this point they are still refusing to refund the cancellation fee, and I have filed a complaint with the BBB (awaiting response). I’m happy for those that had a better experience than I did. But mine was a complete waste of money and a threat to my well-being.

I wanted to like Found. It was easy & convenient & I had the self discipline to do it. I had very serious side effects taking the prescribed meds. I could not reach out to my Dr. via the app, I had to login on a desktop to do it, waiting days for a response. They tell you to call 911 if it is an emergency. I didn't know if I needed to stop the meds cold turkey or wean off? I chose to stop & I am so glad that I did! I could not trust the Dr.'s recommendations anymore. I did not feel comfortable with him or the Found program! They prescribed me naltrexone & bupropion. I have a good health history, no other known issues, etc. Those prescribed meds are antidepressant & anti seizure meds. I had terrible nausea & stomach pain. I gave it a few more days. Then I had a terrible feeling of being scared- like something bad was going to happen to me. I was anxious & couldn't sleep good. When I did sleep, I had terrible dreams- like I was stabbing someone with a knife & woke up with a racing heart! My head felt foggy all day & I just felt off. It's just not worth it to me. I joined the Found community in the app. I had been eating healthy & exercising but the app gives no guidance! They used to have health coaches, but they cut that out to save on costs now, so don't expect a coach or any guidance! I saw people posting pictures of very unhealthy meals and horrible experiences. There is no coach to comment or guide these people! It's basically a free for all with random inexperienced people trying to lose weight like you giving their unprofessional advice! Yes, the app posts healthy articles for people to read but basically that's it! So, you chat with an online Dr. from India one time who prescribes you dangerous mind altering drugs and gives people an app! Wow! I had seen enough! Yes there are hidden cancellation fees but that was the least of my worries! I'm glad I didn't die or get seriously hurt! Lesson learned!

This company is a complete scam.. Do not sign up with them! I had signed up in December, had an exchange of messages on their app with a "Doctor". Wanted to prescribe Topomirante (prescibed this before cause suicidal tendencies and intrusive thoughts) so after a day and half of waiting, she said okay let's do Metformin (medication for Diabetes 2, which I don't have). Prescribed the medicine. They shipped it out after 3 weeks said it was delivered when in fact it was not. Had to wait another 2 weeks for them to deliver again. After two weeks on the medication I am experiencing severe stomach issues, I am swollen all over to where I cannot sit (due to stomach distention) and my hands and feet hurt due to be so swollen. I cancelled my membership and a day later I received a cancellation email advising me that I had been charged an early temination fee of $129. I had only signed up for one month to try it and had adverse reactions and they charg me an additional $129. I had paid $119 with original sign up. At no time was I informed that there is an early termination fee. I have reviewed my emails as I had signed up via my cellphone. When I asked for a number to call to discuss this with they stated that there is no phone number. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC today. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SCAM. I am a real person not a competitor, just someone who has been trying to lose weight for the last 10 years. Go to your physician don't go to these people.

Edit: It appears that Found deleted its previous response and left something else over a year later. That speaks volumes. I stand by my comments. Edit: Response to Found’s response… Thank you so much for the gift of your response. By stating that my feedback will be used to provide a “truer” experience, you have admitted to providing a less than truthful/transparent experience for customers. This will make adjudicating the case much easier for my lawyer. Thank you! I wish I could give negative stars. Please do not give this company your money. They have deceptive cancellation fees and make unauthorized charges. I’m contemplating a class action suit similar to the successful litigation against Noom.

Do not give this company your money. You’ll regret it. After telling me they couldn’t provide me with any medication for weight loss the charged me a cancellation fee. So they couldn’t provide me with the services they sold me and I end up getting charged a cancellation fee because they can’t do what they say they will do? That’s just wrong. Update after their reply: I WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM RECEIVING MEDICATION BY THE FOUND CONSULTATION DOCTOR. I WAS A MEMBER FOR LESS THAN 72 HOURS. THEY TRIED TO SWITCH ME TO A NON MEDICAL PROGRAM. I don’t need someone texting me to say eat less and exercise more. Duh. If I wasn’t hungry all the time I would not need medication or the program.
