Company uses medication that can be used for other diseases for weight loss. Most of these medication‘s have extreme side effects. The non-prescription option they offer provides Ally which I also have an adverse reaction to. Their cancellation policy is very stern at a whopping $129 to cancel before your contract ends. Even if you have medical adverse reactions to their treatment plans there is no waiver fee.

I joined found in March 2023. I was prescribed a medication. I tried it for two days and it made me so sick. Nausea, dizziness, light headed that I had to stay home. It was not worth it to me, and I am afraid to try anything new. When I contacted the company about a refund (after the 2nd day). They told me that I would have to pay the $129 for the first month (which I understood) plus a cancellation fee of $129. Which is $258 for two days worth of medication that made me super sick. The support emails were automated, no one to talk to. No phone number to call. Unless you are committed to taking medication no matter the cost, I would highly recommend NOT signing up. Or be aware that you are chancing a lot of money. The customer service regarding this was horrible.

They didn’t deliver the medications they promised after charging me for 2 months. Then charged me $129. Stay far away from this scam. They like to say their terms and conditions are clearly stated, but they don't follow through on their promises. That is their fault, but they don't take responsibility for their failure to deliver service and still charge you. STAY AWAY.

Not personalized. Never spoke to same doc that wrote initial Rx after first 2 messages. Gained weight and was told to stay on medication for another month only to find out that that was their way of delaying refund. Charge crazy cancelation fees if you pay up front. Not an interactive app w/ trackers (even my gym app can connect to my fitness tracker). Have to go out of your way to get coaches to assist. Docs dont check-in unless you meds are due for refill and you comment on refill form that you are unhappy-even then they dismiss you and advise to continue on with an ineffective medication regime. Overall I feel a waste of my money... if you're a hard working, busy, single-Mom save your money and don't join found.

I wish I could give zero stars. This process has been the biggest bait and switch I've ever experienced. I signed up after being retargeted for a specific medication- as SOON as they had my payment info they informed me that this medication wasn't something they could offer, and prescribed me a random pre-diabetic, ghosted me on communications, provided no way to talk directly to anyone who should be authorized to work in medicine, and figuring 'hell, I'll give it a shot' ended up experiencing palpitations for a month on their 'meds'. Requesting to cancel, not only did they NOT refund me, they billed me an additional 129 dollars- absolutely one of the best marketed scams out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid in lieu of real medical care.

SCAM. BEWARE. All they want is your money. If you try to cancel you won't receive a refund. TERRIBLE

I was under the impression that I would have all weight-loss meds available to me. I feel they are deceitful in their advertising and then further with their doctors. As an ICU nurse I know medications and how they are used/efficacy. My experience went like this... I enrolled, I was contacted multiple times for labs. I was getting my labs from my doctor, so that took a couple weeks. When I finally received them, I had an email exchange with a doctor. He stated that he needed a lab value. That lab value was on the labs I submitted. This was concerning as I wondered if he read my labs at all? He prescribed the very generic and lowest efficacy weight loss drug, Metformin. Metformin is an old and cheap generic medication for which is used to control blood sugars in Type II diabetics and PCOS. The average weight loss on Metformin is 2.2lbs in 12 weeks. I asked my email provider about going right to GLP-1 medication and he stated that we would follow the 'path' and see how it went and that the GLP-1s are expensive. I am not interested in a generic path, and I am acutely aware of the price of the GLP-1s and that was not an issue for me. I told him this and he said we would wait 1 month and that GLP-1s are expensive. So it felt like he was sending me some kind of form email b/c I had already told him that price wasn't an issue?! So, in conclusion, I received my Metformin and nothing else... nothing about coaching, guidance, etc. The app is terrible and offers no beneficial advice and is not user friendly. Going into this I am willing to work for weight loss, via exercise and nutrition, but I find this site misleading on what they offer to the customer/patient. The last ad I saw for them has a big Ozempic pen and then small writing, 'if you need something different... try Found.' I anticipate they will be hit with some type of judgement in the future. My advice, it's not worth the price and if you want to have a real and honest conversation with a medical professional, you won't get it at Found. Also, they do not have coaches that are personalized to your situation.

Absolutely do not recommend this company. First they used to offer coaching (I was in the program before and it was great and the reason I Re-joined) they no longer offer that (unless you pay extra). It’s just this app that is no different than the countless cheaper or free apps available. You have a consultation with a provider, who doesn’t listen when you voice serious concerns about side effects and their “doctor” tells you that that cannot possibly be due to the medication, even though the problem started with starting the medication and stopped after stopping it. Then when you cancel well before the end of the term at 90 days, they say that they will charge you $129. What for? To stop doing nothing for me? They already had all the money up front! Take from that as I won’t be using the service further regardless. They say on their website they offer a partial refund but that is a complete lie. You pay them to start to do nothing and then pay them to quit doing nothing. I’m setting an alert to tell them to cancel as soon as the window opens to do so without $129 charge because they deserve no more of my money.
