This place is an absolute scam. The first medications they gave me made me sick, and they sent me to the doctor. Some of my bloodwork came back abnormal. They told me to wait a few weeks, discontinue the meds, and get re-tested. They offered me a free extra month while I did this. After being re-tested, I still had the same issues in my bloodwork, and they tried to give me new meds then?? But couldn't before?? And the meds they recommended, when you look up the studies, make small percentages of people lose MAYBE an extra 3% of weight a year. I pushed for them to give me something better, like shots perhaps, and they refused. They said they couldn't, meanwhile they boast all over social media about being able to give those medications. I went to cancel, and they told me they'd only give me $200 back of the $600 I paid. I've only been subscribed for a month and one day. That's their RIDICULOUS $129 cancellation fee, plus charging me for the useless month, AND more. On top of this, their app is completely useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

WARNING!!! Reasons not to join found.... 1. The app is horrible and the doctors know it and admit it. 2. I was prescribed a GLP-1 which requires prior authorization, I was denied but due to actually being diabetic the doctor wanted their support team to resubmit to my insurance. I waited a month, reached out to find out the support team never did that and were never going to. They don't listen to the doctors. And you sit there paying without any meds. 3. You are your own team on found. Support and doctors do NOT communicate. So if you have questions the doctors will not help you you will have to communicate to found yourself instead of the doctor helping you. Doctor reached out to me and said well that should of been approved reach out to found support and find out why it wasn't. You are the middle man. 4. Even if you do monthly its like a gym, you're locked in and if you cancel you get punished from a very hefty cancellation fee before 6 months...even if you're monthly. 5. Good luck getting support to message you back, they will drag it. Please please learn from my mistake, don't join. Don't sign up. They screwed me, they screwed other people .... just listen to the reviews. Find a local weightless clinic, I guarantee they are cheaper, more communicative and will treat you like a human instead of a number.

The first Dr I spoke with was knowledgeable dismissive. So upin telling them my meds weren’t working. They put me with a super great dr who listened to me and asked a lot of in depth questions, as did the follow up dr. So they “put an RX in” for me and after multiple trips to said pharmacy and confirming with the pharmacy they didn’t send my Rx there or any of the chains. I would go back and forth with them and they claimed they did with no proof or follow up yet have ZERO problem collecting their money monthly. Waste of time…. Not a fan. Don’t waste your money on the run around wild goose chase they will put you through while they take your money.

I took their online questionnaire and they said I was a good fit. I entered my current prescriptions - which are for insomnia - and pre-paid 6 months. The Dr. responded and said that I was a good fit for Naltrexone 50 mg + Bupropion SR 150 mg. He also asked a few questions about any anti-depressants I may be taking. I mentioned that I'm not on any, however I take doxepin for sleep. Come to find out, their offering along with doxepin can cause seizures. So he switched to Metformin ER 500 mg - my own research on this drug shows that it is not very effective for weight loss. So he then switched to the wonderdrugs! (as he put it) GLP-1 which is not covered by insurance so anywhere from 1K-2.5K a month out of pocket. I asked to cancel since they can't offer anything for me. I received an email that they will cancel, but offered me Ally (which I can buy myself at much lower cost). They stated there would also be a cancelation fee - even though I disclosed the sleeping medication on the initial questionnaire! These folks are scammers. My recommendation is to steer clear of joinfound.com.

I did not get any benefit from the site and attempted 3 times to cancel my membership through the site before I had to do so through my bank. It is impossible to find a phone number for them and they do not respond to the email they give for cancellation of services. Absolutely do not recommend!

I had a repeat order and didn't receive any so I canceled my subscription. It worked for me when I did.

Hey guys just go to your PCP found is useless you don’t need facebook styled chat for motivation it’s so many free resources . Your PCP can recommend nutrition and specific diet plans this is such a waste of time they don’t offer anything but hefty fees customers beware do not purchase this plan you will save more money going to your PCP. To quote found this is what you pay for “Also, your monthly subscription payments reflect member access to tools, consults, support, and technical assistance, community within our Found app, and any other member benefits, not solely medication alone.” It’s just unnecessary added to expense everything there offering you can get from PCP for a much lower cost. You wouldn’t have technical issues if you didn’t pay $600 for a 6 month commitment. After initial prescription if you like your meds pcp can prescribe the rest.

Garbage. Garbage content. Garbage medications offered. Tried to cancel for months and support never responded to emails.
