Just finished up my first month with Embody. So far I’m very happy with my experience. My first order came super fast and my second order is already at the pharmacy being filled. My Account Manager “Lemark” has been so helpful every time I reach out. I was nervous at first after reading all the negative things I saw, and cancelled my membership. But after sticking with it this month and the attentiveness of my Account Manager Lemark, I have officially renewed. Never judge a book by its cover, or in this case by others reviews(which is what I did). I hope to continue my journey and to do so with Lemark and Embody.

I voiced my concerns, my provider answered my questions. Reassured me with my concerns. I’m happy knowing that I’m on the right track. I felt like I was important and she ok time to hear me and explain things I had questioned.

Joanne is always very quick to respond and helpful with any questions or issues I have. I can trust that she will take care of me.
