So I made a previous review about this company and gave them 2 starts this time I wish I could give them zero. I ordered the Trizepatide along with NAD+ back in August. The NAD+ never came. I inquired about it a few times and it was "escalated". September they charged me again for the NAD+ when I haven't even gotten the first one. I called and let them know. Again "escalated". I'm on the phone with them as we speak and they are telling me that they can't refund me for a product I haven't recieved because it's a subscription. All they can do is cancel it and I won't be charged in the future. Thieves. How can you not refund me for a product I have not recieved? So when I get off the phone with them I will call my credit card company dispute the charge and cancel my card and get a new one. How in the hell are they still in buisness. I will say my Trizepitide did come even with the delays.

We’re sorry to hear that your NAD+ order has remained unresolved, particularly after you’ve contacted support multiple times and were told the matter was being escalated. We understand how frustrating it is to be charged again for a subscription product when you had not yet received the initial order.
We’re glad to hear that your tirzepatide did eventually arrive despite the delays. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your NAD+ order, billing history, subscription status, and previous support interactions to better understand what happened and address your concerns.

I filled in my refill request at the…
I filled in my refill request at the earliest possible moment and now will miss next dose. Customer support blamed the provider and refused to discuss a refund. I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company if my medication does not arrive with 48 hrs. Completely unacceptable, fraudulent, and amateurish.
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear that your refill request was submitted as early as possible but you’re now at risk of missing your next dose. We understand how frustrating it is to be told the delay is related to the provider while also being unable to get clear assistance or discuss a refund. We apologize for the lack of resolution and the uncertainty around your refill.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your refill request, provider notes, order status, and previous communications to better understand what caused the delay and address your concerns.

AWFUL- no meds, no refunds
They will immediately approve you for treatment and charge your card, but you’ll have to harass them every month in order to get your prescription. There’s always a “delay at the pharmacy”, so that you will always be late getting your meds. THEN, if you try to get a refund for the medication you never received, they’ll claim that’s impossible. Please do your research and see how common this issue is before you waste your time with Embody.
Update: today I called to speak to a rep about a refund, as it’s now 2 weeks since Ive had a shot, and I was told a refund is impossible as it’s “processing at the pharmacy”. It’s been processing for over a week! I asked to speak to a manager and they were all “busy”. I very much doubt that I will receive the promised call back.
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with recurring prescription delays and the difficulty you encountered when seeking a refund for medication you did not receive. We also apologize for the concerns surrounding the refund process and the communication you received.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order, prescription status, billing history, and previous support interactions to better understand what happened and address your concerns.

I was told that I did not qualify for the program; however, even after canceling the order and monthly costs for a doctor with the company, I was still charged for three months.
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about the unexpected charges after you were told you did not qualify for the program. We understand how frustrating it would be to cancel the order and still see charges continue for multiple months, particularly when you were not able to receive the service.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account and billing history to understand why these charges occurred and address your concerns.

I am an actual customer. Not a bot. Not a paid reviewer.
Before your purchase, understand this - the company at the present, severely underestimated the number of customers who would sign up for the "lifetime" pricing.
When you call for an answer to a question, it is minimally, an hour long wait on hold. There have been no exceptions to this. It is the norm. When you try to make an appointment with an RN to ask an important medical question, you won't be able to make the appointment. You can see that it's telling you there's a basket of dates and times available on the website - but when you click on them, it will tell you UNAVAILABLE. You will refresh the page, click again, and it will tell you UNAVAILABLE.
You will call the customer service agent, and after an hour they will try to make the same appointment for you - at which time you'll take anything - and they won't be able to make it - because the same thing is happening to them. They will ask you to click "really fast" hoping that might work, which it won't.
Days later you'll see that even though it didn't confirm that appointment, and told you UNAVAILABLE you now have two appointments.
I finally received my first dose package of Terz 4 weeks ago, and started the regimen that day. You would assume, that you would have the next round of medicine before you need it, say a day or two, to have it on hand and be ready to go with your 5th dose. You would be correct in thinking - but wrong, with this company.
It's now Tuesday. I'm getting texts and emails that there is a delay - and EVERYONE is very sorry. They're tracking it, even. They're on top of it. But you - who've started this new journey in your life, which is scary in nearly every element - are sitting at home wondering, "what happens if I miss a dose after 1 month of taking it regularly, on time?"
That's a good question. I don't know either, because I can't get through to the RN's. I'm sending texts to someone, who assures me that it's going to be okay, and hang tight, and this isn't normal. But you know it's normal, because that's the sense you've had for the past 30 days.
They are understaffed (on purpose?) and were completely unprepared at launch. The RN's are nice. The coaches are even nicer. But it's 15 minutes - and moving on to the next person, and the people are out of breath and clearly overwhelmed on the Zoom calls or phone when you do meet eventually.
But when it comes time for your payment to come off your credit card - boy, that comes off really quick and fast - no issues.
Someone, somewhere up top, knows all of this is happening. And has the throttle pushed all the way forward, while all of us - who are trying to stay alive and get the medicine we need to do better, do well even, tolerate it every time it happens. Because we're hopeful, and generous with grace.
And scared -
-because we started this thing, and it would be really hard to stop with Embody and start with someone else. They know this - I presuppose, and the whole business model is probably based on that hope.
You're trapped now - and you'll get your medicine when we say you get it. You'll wait on hold forever because we say you will. You'll get an appointment when we think you deserve one. You'll think, "this will get better, they're just overwhelmed right now" and it won't get better. And when you post this review, there will be a thoughtful, "OH WERE SO SORRY WE APOLOGIZE YADA YADA YADA" response that will try to make it look like they are responsive and they care and they're going to fix it - like all the other bad reviews, and know - that by the time you read this and see it - that it's not true. I am trapped, and don't have the energy to start over again - one month in - scared to death because my medicine isn't here, and I don't know if that's going to mess up my body, because - EMbody.

Extremely Frustrated with Persistent Shipping Delays
This is my second order with Embody, and the shipping process continues to be a major issue. My first shipment was significantly delayed, and now I am receiving multiple notifications stating that my second delivery is facing delays as well.
When contacting support, they confirmed the delay but admitted they have no idea how long it will actually take. Medication treatments like this are not supposed to be interrupted, yet patients are left stranded without their medication on time. Having to deal with supply chain delays on every single order creates unnecessary stress and disrupts treatment continuity. The service needs to improve its logistics immediately.
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear that your second order has also been affected by shipping delays, especially after experiencing significant delays with your first shipment. We understand how frustrating it is to repeatedly receive notifications about delays without being given a clear estimate for when your medication will arrive.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order and shipment status to understand what happened and help address your concerns.

Think they're overwhelmed
You can’t talk to anyone who can actually help. Every time, it’s the same response: place the order and wait.
Now it’s been over 10 days, and every single night around 4 a.m. I get another text saying the pharmacy is behind.
Meanwhile, here we are it’s almost time for you to charge my card again, and I STILL haven’t even received my first order. How does that make any sense?
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about the extended delay and the lack of clear answers regarding your first order. We understand how frustrating it is to continue receiving updates that the pharmacy is behind while still having no medication after more than 10 days. We also understand your concern about being charged again for another cycle before receiving your initial order.
We apologize for the frustration this has caused. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order, shipment status, and upcoming billing to better understand what happened and address your concerns.

Ordered product, it took almost 2 weeks to ship, they are happy to take your money. Do not add anything to order!! It won’t come. I’ve tried to call and speak to customer care.. one person tells me one thing and the next rep says another regarding. I’ve attempted emails as well, it’s been “escalated” and under review by a supervisor, I was assured to have resolve. That was 3 weeks ago! Don’t waste your money or time trying to appeal, as the reps are scripted to say whatever will get you off the phone. I had to score at least a 1 but they missed the mark and need to be reported to BBB.
Response from EmbodySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about the delays and inconsistent information you received regarding your order. We understand how frustrating it is to wait nearly two weeks for an order to ship after payment has been taken, especially when different representatives provide conflicting updates.
We appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’d like the opportunity to review your order, shipment status, communications, and escalation history to better understand what happened and address your concerns.
