I signed up a week ago. Didn’t even speak with a physician just received an email that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Since then I have just received a daily email that my prescription is delayed with no ETA.

It’s a scam. They take your money and stop responding

Order still hasn't shipped 2 weeks later, they refuse to refund but im missing doses with delays.

I put in an order to try and help my life change. Oh they took my money right away but failed to ship anything to me only telling me that the order is in the pharmacy and they have had too many orders to fill mine yet… but took my money almost immediately!!

Do not join this company. I signed up for the VIP experience and they do not deliver so don't bother doing that. PS I want a refund. I got my first month's supply all good. Can't get my second month supply that I have already paid for. It has been delayed for over a week therefore I am going to miss a shot and have no clue when they are sending the medication. Tomorrow I'm calling the New York State attorney general and the better Business bureau. Do not fall for Embody's bullshit!!!!!

Embody has not lived up to what they state. I called to do an early refill because leaving on vacation and will need it prior to this. They said I needed to make an appointment. Made the appointment. The person that called me was a medical person. She asked questions then reassured me I would receive in 3-5 business days that was 8 days ago when I call they said there is no way to expedite and I am getting daily messages stating there is a delay at pharmacy. I paid for the whole year for best pricing. I can’t believe Forbes is giving them the high rating they are giving them. I will miss doses and am completely disappointed, which I’m sure they don’t care they got my money. I joined at end of July and have had to call them multiple times with questions. Hold times are long too and chat doesn’t help. I think the voices are probably AI.

Very disappointed with Embody’s handling of my concerns about the pharmacy I signed up with Embody for compounded semaglutide at the advertised $79 monthly month-to-month price. I have since canceled my subscription. When I received the UPS tracking information, I saw that my medication was coming from Boothwyn Pharmacy in Pennsylvania. Because this was a compounded medication, I wanted to make sure the pharmacy filling my prescription was reputable and that I was comfortable receiving medication from them. I researched Boothwyn and discovered that in October 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of State fined Boothwyn Pharmacy $1 million and placed its license on probation after an investigation found that injectable GLP-1 medications had been compounded in uninspected rooms and that another facility was being used for processing and packaging without the required approval. I immediately contacted Embody because I had serious concerns and wanted to discuss the situation before receiving the medication. I called multiple times, emailed approximately 10 times, and spoke with a supervisor. On at least four calls, I spent more than an hour on hold trying to get help. I provided Embody with the information about the regulatory action against the pharmacy and requested a refund. Despite explaining my concerns, I was repeatedly told that because the medication had already been shipped, they would not refund me. What is most disappointing is that I was not simply asking for a refund because I changed my mind. I was contacting them because I had discovered serious regulatory concerns involving the pharmacy identified as the source of my prescription and wanted Embody to address those concerns. I ultimately canceled my monthly subscription. I believe customers deserve transparency about which pharmacy is preparing their compounded medication and should be able to raise legitimate safety and regulatory concerns without being dismissed after the medication has already been shipped. My experience with Embody’s customer service and handling of this situation was extremely disappointing.

The vial I received damaged wasn't what I'd seen in the pictures. Considering the cost of the order, I feel the package should have been more secure.
