Update, thank you Lika!
Avoid this company!!! I enrolled in a three month subscription of $228, which came out to 70 some dollars a month. This is what I agreed to. The first month they sent the wrong prescription. I had requested some glue tide with vitamin B12. Instead, they sent Semaglutide with glycine. Over several phone calls. I was able to get that corrected. However, by the time I got it straightened out. I am now a month late with my next dose due to their errors and delays. I was charged $228 initially for the three months, but when they sent the second month of medication, which was the wrong one they again charged me an additional $228. I am now $450 in and all I have received is one month of medication. I have made several calls to customer service. They are unable to help with a refund. It has been requested and has been refused. The only thing they could offer me is to apply the $228 to the next three months. I will not be using this company long enough to take advantage of that. I now have disputed the transaction on my credit card, but that will take a month or more. I asked to speak to supervisors, escalate the call, and they would put me on hold and then they come back and say sorry there’s no one that can help you. They are completely disorganized, keep making mistakes, can’t seem to fix those mistakes, and they’re robbing me blind in the meantime. It’s hard to trust the safety of their program when they can’t even manage these simple transactions. I gave them a one, wish I could give them less.
UPDATE
I was contacted by Lika, who responded to my concerns in a professional manner. She worked with me to understand where things went wrong, then worked diligently to get appropriate refunds processed. She provided a way for me to contact her directly which relieved my anxiety level completely! I appreciate her kindness and prompt support.

Hi Kelly, we're truly sorry to hear about your incredibly frustrating experience. It's completely understandable that you're upset about receiving the wrong prescription, the delays, and the repeated billing errors. We recognize how infuriating it must be to be charged twice and only receive one month of medication, especially after numerous attempts to resolve the issues with customer service. We understand your concern about the safety of our program when these types of mistakes occur. We would like to review your account and the details of your interactions to understand what went wrong and address your concerns.

Customer service needs to do better all…
Customer service needs to do better all around. Providers are attentive when you can actually access one. I had an issue and after a month of back and forth my issue was finally resolved. I will stay with this company because overall everyone I spoke with was very polite even if in my frustrations I wasn't.

It’s encouraging to hear that, despite the challenges you experienced, your concern was ultimately resolved and that the team members you interacted with remained polite and attentive. We’re sorry, however, that it took a month of back-and-forth to reach a resolution. We understand how frustrating and exhausting that process can be.
We truly appreciate your feedback about improving accessibility to providers and strengthening our customer support. We’re glad to hear you’ve chosen to continue with us, and we’ll take your comments seriously as we work to provide a smoother and more responsive experience moving forward.

This company has no issues charging you…
This company has no issues charging you promptly for the membership fee yet doesn’t ship your medication out on time. This causes you to scrape the bottom of your current bottle to get as much out. Continues to state that your order is processing but a delay. How is one supposed to keep consistent dosing if the company fails to honor their orders and statements?
Response from EmbodyOct 2, 2026
Hi Mandy,
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused by the delays in shipping your medication and the timing of your membership charge. We completely understand how vital it is to maintain a consistent treatment plan without interruption, and it is deeply concerning to hear that we fell short in delivering the reliable service you expect. This is certainly not the level of care we strive to provide.

Great Start, but Ongoing Pharmacy Delays and Poor Communication
Here’s a cleaned-up version that still sounds like you but works well as a review:
This will be my third month with Embody. My initial enrollment was fast and easy, and I received my first medication on time, so I was very happy with the service at first.
Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then. During my second month, I completed the medication form and later found out that my medication had been increased by two doses. I tried calling to discuss it, but getting someone to call me back was extremely frustrating.
Then I received a notification that the pharmacy was delayed and my medication would not arrive on time. After several calls, they finally pushed my order through, but I still received it a day late.
Now I’m in my third month, and once again, the pharmacy is still holding my order. Customer service seems very limited in what they can actually do to resolve these issues, and communication with the pharmacy has been extremely frustrating.
I really wanted to have a good experience with Embody because the enrollment process started off so smoothly, but the ongoing delays, lack of communication, and issues with the pharmacy they use have been very disappointing. They really need to improve their pharmacy fulfillment process and customer support.

Hi Tania, thank you for sharing your feedback and we are deeply sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration you have experienced with your recent orders. It is very disappointing to know that after such a smooth start, you have faced repeated shipping delays, unreturned phone calls, and confusion surrounding your dosage changes. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details.

Beware!
I ordered semiglutide injections almost a month ago. They advertised the medication ships within a few days. It didn’t. I tried to contact them via chat and the chat basically said they couldn’t help me through the chat and that I should call customer service. I called customer service a couple of times and the automated system just kept hanging up on me. I put a dispute through my credit card company. Let’s see…Today, I finally talked to a real person but they said no refunds, all sales are final. What! I never got anything! A clinician was supposed to call me to assess and then ship the meds but I never got a call or anything. Is this a scam?
I now have an appointment with a clinician in the next couple of days. Let’s see if I really get a call. I think all the great reviews on their website could be fake. I paid for six months worth of meds and have gotten nothing, AND they won’t refund! Any way, I’m not interested in their products anymore. I don’t want to deal with this company anymore. Buyer beware!
Edit: It’s been a couple of days. A clinician call was scheduled but they didn’t call. No surprise there. I got a call a day later. I explained to the clinician that I do not trust this company and do not want to deal with them anymore (not that he can do anything). The company makes you believe that you can cancel as long as the meds haven’t been shipped. Well, my meds were never shipped and my order just shows “processing, pending medical review” and yet they weren’t willing to refund my money. I don’t know what’s going to happen now.
Edit: An Account Manager that read this review reached out to me. She was very attentive and promised to refund me the money. After checking, we verified my credit card company refunded me the money and she said that they would now take care of it and communicate with my credit card company. I’m glad that was solved.

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, particularly after paying for a six-month supply and still not receiving your medication. We understand how concerning it is to have difficulty reaching support, not receive the expected clinician follow-up, and then be told that refunds are not available when you have not received the medication.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, including your order status, clinician assessment, payment, and previous attempts to contact support, to understand what happened and address your concerns.

Very slow shipping
Very slow shipping. They removed the money from the bank on 9/8 and 10 days later, I still don’t have my medication. They are telling me another 7-10 days because they are delayed due to being busy. And I received a notice that the next payment will be processed in 18 days. Nope- these delays are not worth $20 saving.

We are truly sorry to hear about the significant shipping delays you've experienced and the frustration this has caused, especially with your medication. It's completely understandable that you're questioning the value given these issues. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your order and payment schedule to understand what went wrong and address your concerns.

The Telehealth Experience Isn't Great
This is the second time I've had a telehealth visit scheduled that had problems. I'm glad Jennifer followed up with a phone call. She said her screen said I disconnected. But my screen showed that I was waiting for the provider to join, and I kept getting a pop-up notification asking if I wanted to continue waiting for the provider, call support or chat with support. So the issue was not on my end. It's a waste of time sitting there looking at a blank screen and when Jennifer finally called me, I was made to feel like the issue was mine. Embody needs to fix its connections.

Hi Catherine,
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with your telehealth visit. It's clear that the technical issues caused significant inconvenience and we understand how disheartening it is to feel like the problem was attributed to you when it wasn't. We are actively working to improve our connection stability for a smoother experience.
