I think I just got ripped off
It started off fine. I got my first dose fairly quickly and then it all went to hell. I submitted my refill. Then I got a notification that refills would be charged for 3 months at a time now! Even then, after the payment went through, they didn't send my prescription. I got a notification that it was running late, but if I was running low, I should call. I called. To my surprise, I got a call back that day from the pharmacist. She went through all the medical questions and said that everything was good and it would be sent out that day. Then nothing. I was told to expect 7-10 days. I called back after getting another notification that my Rx was late... they're sorry. If im running low I should call. Now I'm told that there is no documentation... no record of me contacting them for 55 days. WHAT? Im being told to wait "a week to 10 days".. I think I was just ripped off. Sadly, I can't afford to start over paying again when I already paid. The note says they will charge me again in 3 days. I'm shutting that down until/unless I get my Rx. UPDATE 1: An interesting thing happened. As soon as this review was published, I got a notification that my Rx was shipped. I hope it's legit. UPDATE 2: I received a call from Embody the following day. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and gave me access to contact info., should I need help in the future. He also is getting me scheduled to speak to a provider about updating my dose. I am thankful for the attentiveness and willingness to correct the issue. When I wrote my initial review, we were in a "no-trust" relationship. I explained to him that at this time, our relationship has changed to a "verification" phase. If they prove to be willing and able to correct the issue, I'll update my review accordingly. I believe the measure of a company is how they respond when issues arise. For now, they have earned back a star for their responsiveness. Stay, stay

Hi Laura, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the delays and conflicting information regarding your refill. We understand how frustrating it must be to have already paid, be waiting on your medication, and then receive different answers about your order. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team
