Easy to navigate, easy to set up and join appointment, and provider was wonderful.

It was a relief to have my case manager Jayvee I believe is the name return my text with a phone call that made me feel at ease with the process of my package being delayed. The customer service is great and I am glad that I made the decision to get my GLP from your company. 5 stars all the way.

Great so far

Initially I had great difficulty not with staff but with the whole process of ordering and receiving my meds. I was dealt with professionally and finally today my issues were resolved in a most fair way. I appreciate how the company finally handled it. Very satisfied with the Terzepitide Vickie

This is my third month with Embody and this far i really don't have any complaints. I have read the online Embody reviews and while I don't want to minimize the bad experience of others, that hasn't been the case for me. I am on the monthly plan and thought about switching to another provider simply for cost reasons and was offered a free month of the Embody VIP program to stay, and the account manager assigned to me has been fantastic. Lyka is wonderful and so helpful that I am considering renewing the VIP plan as well.

I tried AltRx before and the initial fill was fast and easy. The very first refill experience left me horrified by the lack of response, communication, transparency, and basic complete incompetence of their AI. I kept getting the same canned AI response like the free version of Chat GPT "we're sorry that you feel xyz... bla bla bla." It took 14 days to get my order sent to the pharmacy, I contacted Embody on a Friday night and got my meds on Wednesday. I am very pleased with Embody. Don't waste your time with other services like AltRx.
