Great company and great support. All my questions were answered before I made my decision, everything was laid out for me and was easy to understand. I received my prescription quickly, less than a week from first contact to receiving it, each week was clearly marked and included instructions.

When I was unsure about the medication and dosage the email I received stated I can reply to it. With that, I was still unsure replying to that email was where I needed to be for assistance or just for tracking/order updates? I received a response within 24hrs with reassurance I was in the right place and they were able to answer my question. It probably sounds silly, being able to reply to the email confirming my order shipped and getting a response in a timely manner and not being redirected is so satisfying!!! Its amazing being able to have access to the company you ordered from and the email not saying please do not reply it goes no where go to the website and struggle for help!!! 🙄😂😂
