First month was great, 2nd month has been a NIGHTMARE!

First month was great. Got the meds in a timely manner, lost 5 pounds. Excited to start month 2. When I receives month 2, it was a completely different formula. I contacted Embody on September 2, 2026 to discuss the different medication from my first month. I was told not to use the vial. I was told the issue was expedited to the medical team and to allow 48 hours. On September 4, I followed up since I had heard nothing back and learned the medical team had never received the escalation. It was expedited again with another 48-hour timeframe. On September 8, 2026, I called again after I had heard nothing and was told my practitioner apparently had not received the messages due to an error on their side. I was given a same-day appointment, and my practitioner corrected my prescription and dosage and said the prescription would be expedited. On September 17, 2026, (9 days later) my account finally said the medication had “shipped,” but UPS showed only a label had been created and that they had not received the package. As of September 19,2026 (today), that remains the status. Label created, not actually shipped. This has disrupted my weekly medication schedule. I hope Embody will review what happened, resolve this promptly, and make the situation right. I will gladly update my review if they do.

Customer service was ok but product…
Customer service was ok but product sucks. Not a single pound lost and I couldn't sleep at night. Very disappointed. To pay $80 a month to lose nothing isn't worth it. I dont even it like I did and sucks. I was on wegovy a month and I did lose but I have to keep seeing the doctor to increase my dosage. They are really taking advantage of obesity epidemic. Just going to starve to lose weight.

Signing up was quick and easy...but
Signing up was quick and easy. I got approved almost immediately and me meds was supposed to be shipped within a "couple of days". It's been over a week and I get daily texts saying my order is delayed at the pharmacy. I believe that I won't my meds when I need them. Signed up for 3 months. Paid for 3 months and have zero faith I'll get anything.

Stay away from this company
I am a recent customer. So far, I have had nothing but problems with this company. Incorrect dosage sent. Delays in shipping. Providers that never answer the video call. They give all kinds of excuses and platitudes, but do not help. I am so disappointed and frustrated right now. I wish I had never chosen this company.

Signed up got my first month fairly…
Signed up got my first month fairly quickly, then the trouble started I'm going to miss two doses two weeks because they're low on stock which I think is BS they will not get a third month out of me I've done.

Look elsewhere for your GLP-1 medication!!!!!!!!
If I could give a zero star, I would. My first order was in transit for several days and the medication arrive warm! The cold pack was warm, as was the medication. The second order was delayed by several days, but finally arrived a day after I was due for a shot. I am currently waiting for my last order, I am due for a shot tomorrow, and the order has not even been filled, much less shipped. I have cancelled my subscription.

LATE SHIPPING & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! makes you miss scheduled…
LATE SHIPPING makes you miss scheduled injections and messes up your system and plan! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The 2 responses I got out of many messages sent when my medication never came as scheduled, despite paying for months in advance, were exactly the same, word for word. AI generated, no human will respond. I love the Tirzepatide is great so far. DONT get it through EMBODY! There are plenty of other sites to get this.
