So easy to navigate the site, communication is great and my order was received on time with clear instructions. I especially liked the fact that it is customized to you and not just a generic 1 size fits all approach. My provider is accessable at all times and I can even video visit if I feel the need. The only thing that would improve first time users is a guide of possible side effects and tips to help prevent them. My experience was severe heartburn and I googled the best way to help prevent it next dose. If that were included in my order I think I may have been able to avoid it or at least lessen the intensity.

I'm loving semaglutide so far. My energy levels are great. It came fast and it was packaged so nice in a styrofoam box with a freezer bag to keep it cool.

I have not started take the new medication yet, but the package was delivered super-fast with cold packs still nice and cold. But will give a better review when I start taking the medicine.
