It was really great. The customer service was excellent. They answered any questions I had.

Super fast. Easy process!!

From order to delivery was only 4 days. My order came in a cooler with 3 ice packs. Directions were clear and easy to understand. I had to go get a sharps container. I thought it came with one. My price is locked in. Oh, the mailman placed it under my car port because it was 104 degrees. That was awesome. The box was clearly labeled to keep cold. Great experience all the way around. Im on my second injection and have lost 5lbs.

So far process has been seemlesd. Only rccomendation would need for clarity on how to ask for dose incresse on the nrxt order. Not really sny information on thst.
