TIRZEPATIDE received hot
I ordered TIRZEPATIDE My 1st order arrived HOT. August 27, 2026 It shipped to TEXAS, they should know how to send medicine that requires temperature cautions, especially in Texas. When I received my TIRZEPATIDE the ice pack was 90 Degrees the bottle ranged from 88-92 degrees. The cardboard box they sent the TIRZEPATIDE in was barely larger than the ice pack, with the medicine bottle squeezed on the side. Actually I’m surprised it didn’t break. Because I was due for my next shot I had to pay $500 to get my medicine from the pharmacy. I tried to resolve for 3 weeks all I got were broken promises. LIES. On 9/13 Embody sent me a renewal notice of upcoming prescription to which I replied NO. I did not sign up for renewal or subscription when I made my initial order. Embody still sent me another order. FRAUD. On 9/19/26 I talked to one of Embody CMA, she even said she would not use the hot TIRZEPATIDE. I still have not received a refund for 1st order or a refund for the unauthorized order on September 17, 2026. Embody customer service continues to say they can’t do refunds. All their support in outside of the USA

I’m sorry you experienced a shipment arriving in that condition, especially after reporting it and waiting weeks for a resolution. We understand your concerns about the temperature during delivery, the subsequent shipment, and the refund issues you described. We also understand how frustrating it is to receive a renewal after you had already declined it. Thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team
