Run!!!Its a scam
Run!!!Its a scam. They charged my card $129 on 8/24/26 and they have not even shipped me my trizepatide. I canceled my subscription on September 8th before they charged my card a second time. I have spoke to a couple of people that works there and they are refusing to refund me my money!! They keep telling me it is an issue with the pharmacy and eventually will ship to me but they will not tell me a time frame. So take my advice do not get involved with this fraudulent company that are false advertising!! On their website they are saying you will receive your medication within 48 hours. Just like I told them " imagine if I took $129 from a million people how much money I would have!" Scamers!!!!

Avoid this company
The first month went smoothly. The medication was sent promptly and worked very well. Then, the second month, I was charged but the medication never sent. They just sent me emails about delays every day for two weeks before I demanded a refund. I still haven't received the refund or even received a reply. Maybe this company used to be better. Maybe they grew faster than they could handle. Either way, avoid them. UPDATE: A day after Embody responded, I got an email from their support. Was it a refund, or an inquiry for more information? No, just the same email I've gotten every day for two weeks: "There has been a slight delay at the pharmacy, and processing is taking longer than usual." Absolutely ridiculous. Embody is a scam. And by the looks of the other reviews, this happens to a lot of their customers. The only good reviews talk about the product itself, which of course, Embody has nothing to do with. They don't make GLP-1's, they just sell them and rip people off.

They will rob you
They will rob you! They will take your money. You will never speak to anyone. you'll get the wrong order. They will not refund your money. They will not replace it with the right order and tell you "we're sorry for your experience". In that order

I have found the platform impossible to interact with, the meds arrived late the 2nd month, After several emails with support and describing my situation and asking for a human to help me, Nothing was ever done. I do not recommend your service. They even make it quite hard to leave a review.

VERY Poor customer service
I filled out all the information and was approved. My credit card was charged. I had not spoken with a person yet. I was informed that my prescription would go out within 24 hrs... Then I received an email stating they needed additional information about one of my medications. I called customer service to inquire. The person was NOT very informed about product or proceedure and not very friendly or helpful. I ended up hanging up after 10 minutes of her telling me nothing. I've emailed twice with no response. The second time to say I wanted a refund... Its been 7 days since my money was taken and no one is getting back to me. I have canceled my subscription through their portal but I want a refund. Very horrible experience with this company!!!

Quick charge. No service.
I was billed immediately but two scheduled clinician calls were never received, nor was any product received. Refund due to lack of service and product was refused. Credit card complaint is in progress. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Charged me, never delivered, refused to refund.
They charged me, then kept on "under review" for over a week. When I contacted them, they said they would prioritize it. After three weeks of the same, I got them to schedule an appointment with their doctor on the next business day. At the appointment time, no one called me. After an hour, I was able to contact them and they first tried to blame me saying I didn't answer when they called (there were no calls) then saying I blocked them (not true) then said the doctor just didn't have time and no one told me. Then they said a doctor would call in 5 minutes. It didn't happen. Then I called and asked to cancel and refund. They said they would cancel but they would not refund because it has been "too long".

O subscribed for 3 months
O subscribed for 3 months. My first month rx was late. My refill form was submitted 3 weeks ago and my 2nd rx still hasn't shipped. I took 4 doses, then they doubled my dose and I will have 3 weeks of no medication before receiving the doubled doses. This can't be safe. They are a joke. Go to a real doctor.
