The shipping took longer than expected. I don't know what UPS was doing with my package as it sat in the shipment center for almost a week after arrival before it was shipped and I am not sure if the temperature sensitive medication was impacted.. but embody was very prompt with processing my order in a no fuss way providing detailed instructions and what looks like a decent amount of extra swabs and single use needles with the packaged medication.

Great experience so far. I’ve lost some weight and my hunger craving is gone.

I still feel hungry. I'm giving it more time. I've been on it for less than a week. I'm used to the wegovy pill which worked right away. I may have to up my dose if I continue to feel this way

Delivery took a little too long. My vial wasn’t very cold still. Also I am having trouble logging in to an account. It doesn’t seem like that is an option.

Embody has great, attentive customer service, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. The experience is excellent overall, but the pricing has become just too expensive for me to continue. If they could offer monthly reasonable fees for all doses then I’d reconsider. I’m genuinely sad to have to go because I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the level of care they provided.

Application was easy. I was able to communicate easily and with quick response from the support team. All has been without any problems. Just started medication this week. I am happy so far. It's been a positive experience.
