I just received my first purchase. I am excited to see the results & very pleased with timing to delivery. I’m just hoping the price doesn’t go up like others have said with next refill. So far I would recommend this company.

The whole process so far has been really smooth and the communication has been really good. My only qualm is accessing the patient dashboard is kind of a nightmare unless you have the direct link from the email and even then it was hard to navigate. But once I got it, I just left the tab open and it was easy to access all the info. The price can’t be beat, thank you for the accessibility! Shipping is SUPER fast and the order is cold when delivered. Everything but the sharps container is in the package, too!

Reliable, fast and great price

Customer service and communication is excellent. First order takes about five days to arrive but it is well communicated and the product arrives overnight and the packaging is excellent with cooler and ice. Great value service delivery and price. Just started so can’t comment on effectiveness.
