The quickness of getting a product

Used one time so far, the product was too much for first dosage. Called support regarding nausea and dry heaving and she was very empathetic and took all my info. Email followed a couple days later with lower dosage recommendations and I will try. I purchased 6 mos supply. Shipping was quick.

I think I need to up my RX. Not seeing anything different.

I signed up around 6:30 PM on July 1st. I received my approval today, July 3rd, around 9:20 AM. I received an email with a link to my dashboard and another email advising that my script had been sent to the pharmacy. I will update this review as time goes on.

So far so good. Still a little concerned about the shipping and the meds getting so warm.

I deleted my other review because they are probably a small business and I don’t want to hurt them, but highly suggest they take this feedback so they don’t come off as a scammy company. They need to edit their website as there is no toggle to speak to someone and for a company that highlights 24/7 support, I could only find a number through going through reviews on Trusted Pilot.They immediately charge your account before consulting you and they will send you an email that you are confirmed and charge your account. I thought I would be consulting with a dr first. Their address doesn’t really makes sense either as it shows a random church in Delaware. I genuinely thought I was scammed. It really seems to push you into a sale because before you even can see if you are “approved” you have to put in your card info……. Just some feedback to improve. They ultimately refunded me and the customer service rep was very helpful (once I did get through to someone)but glad to know they are a legit company. Also, I could not find them on social media and only found them through a social media ad

Easy and convenient to get prescription and medication. Order came after 4-5 days. Only complaint is lack of instruction once you open. My prescription label was very small and hardly readable. Other than that, love it already.
