The nurse was kind patient and very knowledgeable

I felt like I was heard that they understood my situation and they were very willing to help me

After losing the customer service rep and survey coming on before order was completed, she called back and also got disconnected. I recalled and did the intake over and got all straightened out. He was a great help because I paid for three orders at end of July but didn’t use the vial up for a long time. He solved the problem so I get my other two vials and not get auto charged. Well done. !!

It was professional

This nurse was very kind and her demeanor was caring, like she actually wanted to talk to me and help me. She listened and was very empathetic and understanding. She was also able to explain things in a positive demeanor while letting me know how to maximize my dosing and to continue losing weight safely and properly. The nurse I talked to before this nurse acted like she hates answering the phone, she hates her job and she hates people. She has no empathy or bedside manner. I’m positive it was the one I did my intake with because she just doesn’t care.

I felt listened to and the provider truly heard my concerns

No complaints yet. I believe I was helped by the nurse I spoke with. Will know for sure soon. But I felt heard and she did what she could. I liked that it didn’t take much time.
