⭐️ Extremely disappointed with my experience with Embody. I paid over $200 for a three-month subscription for semaglutide and submitted my refill request on August 28, 2026. Instead of receiving my semaglutide, Embody sent a different product. My semaglutide prescription wasn’t even showing in my portal. Since then, I have contacted customer service repeatedly on September 3, September 8, and several times afterward trying to get answers. I was repeatedly told that the issue was being fixed, that my medication would be sent, that it was being escalated, and that I would receive tracking information within 24–48 hours. None of those promises resulted in me receiving my medication. I was also specifically told that if I had not received my medication by September 23, I would receive a refund. I contacted Embody on September 23 to request that refund, and I was then told that the refund had to be “approved” and that I would receive an email. As of today, my refund still has not been approved, and I still have not received the medication I paid for. What is most frustrating is not just the delay it is the lack of communication and being repeatedly given different explanations and timelines. I have spent weeks calling and following up on something I already paid for. If there was a pharmacy or supply issue, customers should be informed upfront rather than being left waiting while their money has already been taken. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated. I simply want the refund I was promised for a product I never received. I would not recommend paying for a service upfront until Embody can demonstrate that they can reliably fulfill the medication and properly communicate with their customers.

Hi Teanna, we’re truly sorry for how frustrating this experience has been. Receiving the wrong product, having to repeatedly follow up, and then being given timelines that weren’t met—especially after being told you would receive a refund—would understandably be incredibly disappointing. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team
