My most recent prescription arrived late and too hot to use. No response from EMBODY

I am updating my review from 1-star to a 3-star. I still have my issues with them. Communication from them is poor at best. I had to make over 6 calls to ever get to what I needed. After my initial 1-star review I did receive a call from a nice person who told me he'd get someone to contact me. I received an email to pick a time. I told them to give me the best for them. Crickets. I pushed and essentuially demanded on their support line to talk to a clinician. It never should have gotten to this point. I simply needed to know if my medication that had gotten hot for a few days was safe to use or if it needed to be replaced. The clinician reviewed and deemed it safe. I have resumed my regimen two weeks behind due to Embody not being willing to communicate. My most recent prescription arrived late with the ice thawed and the medicine very hot. I called Tuesday September 22, 2026 to speak with someone. That person told me that I should not take the medicine until I spoke with an RN who would call me withing 24-48 hours. On Thursday September 24, 2026 I called again and was told that the wait time is 48-72 hours. Well, it now been over 120 hours with no call, no contact, nothing. I am stuck with meds that I cannot take and no one will help me. I am sure that the same AI response from Embody about contacting me to discuss will be made. I have no confidence that I will be contacted and now I am left with meds I cannot use and now off schedule. I am going to challenge this stupidity with my credit card to hopefully get Embody's attention. My advice, do not fall for this company's false claims of positive customer service and how the health of their clients is very important. An update of 9-30-26. I called Embody again and the short version is I was told the other phone customer no-service people had misdirected my requests and there is no need for me to speak to RN. The matter should be escalated to the pharmacy and have a replacement sent. That will take 2-3 weeks. So I am supposed to start over all together. Then they told me that there is no need to create a new ticket as it is already in process. But they now tell me that I need to continue to wait for someone to email me. This operation is unethical and is at best negligent and most likely guilty of a level of malpractice. There are so many open tickets of the issues that they cannot get to them all in a timely manner. Stay far far away.

I’m currently down 10 pounds in two…
I’m currently down 10 pounds in two months, and feel great! But these constant delays in pharmacy processing are very stressful, I’m now currently a dose behind because my medication hasn’t shipped, I’m trying to stay focused and not stress over it, but this is a journey that embody is to be a part of with me. I’m doing my part but beside a great customer portal embody is failing me with their shipping delays! Ultimately I’m the one who encounters the set back as payment was made now almost two weeks ago!

I like the packaging of the medicine but communication is not well and it’s hard to order more medicine they need a portal

Actual appointments with practitioners…
Actual appointments with practitioners are somewhat difficult to get. I also asked why my dosages are an odd amount, 2.12, 4.25, 6.2 instead of the standard 2.5, 5, 7.5, etc and was told that is what they use for their dosage amounts, however, the website specifically says they use the 2.5, 5, 7.5 so that is somewhat misleading in regards to their pricing and the amount of product you are actually receiving.

The provider was amazing
The provider was amazing. There has been a lot of hiccups between the pharmacies and embody communication. Then when you try to communicate with Embody customer service I don’t feel like they understand me. I just want to be understood.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. My payment was taken, but I still haven't received my medication. Now I'm out of medication and will be behind on my shots because of the delay. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with better communication and service. If you're going to take a customer's payment, you should make sure they receive their medication on time.
