So from the start Embody has been excellent. From the initial sign up to getting my prescription. The kit comes with everything I need for my GLP-1 injections with very helpful instructions for a first timer. Im extremely happy with Embody and have already recommended this service to other.

I was able to connect with a person to answer all the questions I had, which I had many questions. The medication arrived quickly and as described. The availability of personnel to assist in this journey was very good. I am only one week in so I don’t really have any strong opinion as yet, but so far so good.

Embody made this very easy the delivery was very good medication came and a little styrofoam cooler with an ice pack to help regulate the temperature. Everything was explained in detail and extra syringes were given just in case they're needed very professional process very happy with this company

Easy walk through system, the doctor replied to prescription right away and when I emailed the pharmacy they also communicated right back. Price of the GLP was what was advertised with no hidden fees or membership.

Quick easy process, the provider was very helpful through the video visit and my meds got here quickly and very affordable. I used a different telehealth service previously and had several issues before switching to Embody and it was easy to stay on my dose without going back downs dose or starting over.

Awesome customer service! The lady who assists me is not only very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to know more about; she is supportive and she is also very kind. She gives the impression she truly cares about you and wants you to be successful. The first order also came within 1 week and this included a holiday which usually delays shipments even worse!! And the price….just WOW!! I was getting ripped off (by another local company) by paying two hundred more per dose/month. I’m happy I found this company! So far, so good!!!
