Samantha, it does take us a few days to get orders out from the pharmacy and we do our best to make sure they're promptly shipped and processed. We want to make sure you get your medication quickly! I would not encourage anyone to get compounded Tirzeaptide from non 503A pharmacies - you don't know what you're getting with the process you mentioned. MP, I'm very sorry that you feel this way. We have a satisfaction refund policy so no one would ever need to cancel their card if they were unhappy with any of the services. We also have a summer special available right now that's $129 Tirz and only goes up to $299/month after the first month for all doses forever. So our new programs are getting even more affordable!

Hi Linda, you can 24/7 message your provider or fill out a refill form where you can indicate things like not feeling it, side effects, etc.. Hi Ann, Our providers do take all history into account but providers decisions are independent and not up to Embody as a company (it's individual and personalized between you and the provider). Many factors go into this such as when your last dose was taken. If for any reason you're unhappy we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee and will issue a refund if you're still unsatisfied!
