A follow up after my first review. I’m 16 days away from being charged again, and still no medicine. A guy from their team named Edward texted me and told me that he was going to push for my dosis to be processe after reading my first review. And nothing has happened. Eveytime I get in touch with customer service I get the same message “We are sorry”, “we apologize”, “I have requested to rush your order”. And all the BS they are trained to say.
I requested to get my MONEY BACK, obviously, that is not a choice! Once processed the order, can’t have my refund. Well, at this point I don’t have my dosis and I don’t have my money. So they have issues with fulfilling the orders, but meantime F…k the clients.
I wish I could post here the screenshots of the communication with “Edward”, or customer service.
Oh! By the way! I made an appointment with one of their doctors and guess what?! It never happened, and a day later I received an email apologizing again for canceling the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances! Go figure!!

I’m turning them in to the better business bureau and I’m going to find out who they are licensed thru and report them to them as well. They are prob not even licensed at all. It’s prob all a scam! Don’t fall for their scam!!!!!

Take your money but do not deliver product or service
I have tried to work through prescription dosage disconnects and lack of receipt of medications (over 10 days since payment without delivery) through customer service bots and then customer service live person, and continue to not resolve or provide valid updates. Please be cautious in using this company - they are quick to get your money but then NOT DELIVER!
Response from EmbodySep 28, 2026

My previous shipment is marked as…
My previous shipment is marked as “delivered,” yet I never received the package and it was not left at my front door. I contacted Customer Support expecting assistance, but instead, the representative was dismissive and provided no meaningful resolution.
He claimed there was an issue with my ZIP code being 95034. I explained that my previous orders have been successfully delivered to the same address. Rather than investigating the issue or taking responsibility for helping locate my shipment, he simply told me to contact FedEx myself.
This is unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be left to resolve a missing shipment on my own when I placed the order and paid your company directly

Embody Does NOT Send Meds
Embody has taken two months of payments from me and I am YET to receive even ONE dose that is prescribed. The first shipment came as two different strengths of tirzepatide (very low dosage when I was told - and proved via photo- that I was on and needed the higher dose. The two shipments came from two different pharmacies on the same day - clearly a mistake - and both were very low (but different dosages). I contacted Embody approximately 25 times via chat, email, and in person, and was assured the error would be corrected and "expedited". I was also told not to take either of the two previous meds since they were incorrectly prescribed. That obviously left me with NO medication after being on the med for two years.
I met with a nurse who upped the dosage to the correct one, said the first dosage was being corrected and would send, and I stupidly allowed the second billing to go through. I have now waited 13 days with no tracking number, no correspondence other than it is "at the pharmacy" and still not one vial of tirzepatide.
I cannot recommend this company to ANYONE. I truly believe that it is a scam and am seeking ways of reporting it as such.
Very dissatisfied customer,
Kathy

Extreme delays! Company has grown too big.
Update: Now they are saying 7-10 business days. 😂 This company cannot handle the demand. Don't waste your time. Looking at my order they didn't even send in the right dosage either! How do you mess up the dosage?
Likely your very first order will go just fine, but when it comes time to refill you are going to experience problems. I think they have spent way too much money on advertising and not enough money investing in proper scalability. So now everyone is experiencing extreme delays. Their own email says that once the prescription is sent it will take 3 to 5 business days. But when you contact support they now say 9 business days. Seeing other reviews from people online they are waiting weeks on end and refusal to get refunds. On top of that they sent the wrong dosage to the pharmacy and I've already been waiting quite a bit of time to get my refill. I don't want to deal with trying to get a new prescription and going to the bottom of the list again. I would not suggest using them whatsoever like I was with Mochi for a very long time and never once had any issues.
If you go back to your emails, you might see that they changed the refill frequency to needing to put in a refill every 12 weeks. That is how the behind they are. One email...... What they should have done is flagged the subject line and made it very much clear that they are experiencing extreme delays in to put in your refill immediately. I will not be renewing with them. I would rather pay more money to get my prescription when I need it and not going weeks on end without it and having to start all over again.

Hi Katelyn, we are truly sorry to hear about the significant delays you've experienced with your refill and the incorrect dosage being sent. We understand how frustrating it is to be given conflicting timelines and to wait an extended period for essential medication, especially when it impacts your treatment. We appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention.

I’d equate them to a dealer who says “first ones free”
Yes, much cheaper than most others. For a reason.
First month (August) was a breeze. (Woohoo, a non-medicinal dose of TIRZ for $129 and a good-for-nothing supplement at $99).
I cancelled the supplement mid-August (after the third of eight doses) bc it was making me sick.
On 9/8, I got an email saying that my “next refill is scheduled to go through on 9/13” (the date my dashboard showed for my TIRZ). “If you’d like it sooner, just reply YES”… the email said. So, to get things moving with my TIRZ refill, I replied “YES”.
What’d that do? It re-started my supplement subscription and charged me for it. Didn’t do a damn thing for my TIRZ. But the supplement showed up 9/10. I didn’t even bother requesting a refund. $99 sunk, but I just wanted things to go smoothly for my TIRZ in a few days.
Payment went through automatically for my first refill (second vial) of TIRZ on 9/13. Now it’s 9/26, and after 9 phone calls, 12 emails (from me), and several in-app/dashboard messages, I still have not received my TIRZ.
When I first filed my complaint (9/15, after receiving the supplement with no news regarding the TIRZ), they sent me an email asking when I’m available for an “appointment”. Said appointment was scheduled in timely manner after I gave them my availability. But the “appointment” was not with a provider (maybe an NP, but she clearly had no clue what was going on).
I was told my medication had already shipped.
I told her that my dashboard showed nothing about the TIRZ being shipped (unlike last month, when it promptly updated and provided shipping/tracking info).
So then, she tried to tell me “it shipped with the [supplement]”. It hadn’t. It took a several minutes of me explaining this until she actually understood what I was saying.
Then she changed her script; “Oh actually it looks like payment only went through a couple days ago” - so they told me to wait another couple days, or call the pharmacy directly. She told me that they prescribe for three months at a time, so the pharmacy could just push it through if needed.
After waiting those couple days, I called the pharmacy and they said they still needed the approval from Embody.
I called again. Talked through it for several minutes - again. All with another person who clearly does not have the full picture of what’s going on. “Shipped with supplement”, I was told, “wait a little longer” they said. So on and so forth. I was told it would be flagged as a priority to get the doctor’s approval, I thanked them, and the phone call ended.
Now it’s 9/26 and I still haven’t received the TIRZ. However, today I got yet another email (the third one since the first “appointment”) asking when I’m available to talk with a provider. (I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO TALK WITH A PROVIDER - THERE IS NO CHANGE IN MY MEDICATION THAT REQUIRES THIS). I replied to all three of these emails within the same hour of receipt - with no follow-up on their end regarding scheduling.
Round and around and around and a-effing-round. I’m over it.
I hesitated to cancel, worrying that they wouldn’t send me my medication if I did so (even though I already paid), but since I’m so close to my next refill date, I went through with cancellation yesterday because I don’t think they’re going to send it regardless, and I’d rather they con me out of some $200 than $400 (or more).
Embody is a scam. Don’t fall for it. Take it from someone who genuinely wants to save you time, money, and energy.
