So far things have gone really well. I received the medication when I was supposed to. The dosing instructions are clear. I'm losing weight which is thrilling because I had not been able to break the plateau I have been on with Semaglutide since January. I have not had the massive side effects I had with Semaglutide. I have fabulous energy with the Tirzepatide/NAD combo. I feel subconsciously led to make wiser choices and I'm feeling good. It's so odd to actually have energy AND weight loss! We'll see how the reordering experience is, but I'm extremely pleased with where I'm headed at this point.
