Maybe a little more communication during the waiting process at initial ordering, especially when a little late. Everything else good.

Delivery service wasn't fast enough. I started the shot this Thursday I don't c any difference now but it hasn't even been a week but I am looking forward to the over all outcome thank you embody

The packaging was top notch, item came very cold thanks to the cooler it was sent in. I did have trouble finding a way to communicate between my sign up and when my order was accepted. Unless I missed an email to reach out, that would be helpful.

Quick delivery. I like being able to contact member services easily. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you don’t have an app.

I really enjoyed the convenience of this program and the rapid delivery was amazing.

It’s working I saw the changes right that day but I get some light headaches. The shipping was very impressive it was with a nice box with ice and arrived very soon after I please the order. Just not sure yet if I lose weight.
