First, I wanna say I got my months worth on time with no issues. My main issue is that it did not work at all. Two-months on tirzepatide and did not lost a pound. I’ve been on tirzepatide before and had GREAT results so this was super disappointing but I guess you get what you paid for. Also, cancelling was a hassle, they tried getting me to talk to a provider first but just stay firm if you want to cancel.

If I could give lower I would. Horrible customer service, no refund policy, just an abysmal experience.

My delivery took 6 days and arrived unsafe to use. They would not replace or refund and then did not cancel my next delivery as requested. Scam company just in it for the money.

This company promised shipping with in 3 days and it's been 7 days and the sent an email saying there was a delay in shipping. I asked for a full refund and they refused,because it was at the pharmacy. I will not use these people again. Going back to Citizen med.

This company is extremely unprofessional they have charged my account for twice for medication I've never even received and they have had different charges and they even changed my charges after I'd already agreed to what I was going to pay so all I can say is I've done my research I've got the same story everybody else that's not being treated right they got the same script that they do so when I did my research on these peptides CDC has a warning out right now for people overseas shipping peptides to the US and people are dying from it people are actually losing their life because they got a bacteria in them that is killing them they're putting them in the shock so run as fast as you can from any of this compounded medicine that's coming from overseas and this company right here is the worst they're the worst that calling you back worst customer service they don't keep their word and they want to take your money and not give you medicine so definitely get away from this company go with RO. When they say refund no refund that means no refund after you get the product but if if I pay for a service and it doesn't pan out and I don't get my merchandise that I pay for then you can dispute that with your credit card company and you can get them to wear their band from being able to charge anything or having or have any kind of business with the credit card company because credit card companies will label this company has scam there's too many people that are unhappy and this I'm going to the Better Business Bureau I'm going to every official I could possibly do I'm old and I got all the Time in the World to mess this company up for what they're doing and I am the one that will do that guaranteed I do not like people scamming me and I'm definitely not like people trying to kill me. UPDATE SINCE THEIR RESPONCE. They had free never contacted me or fixed anything they got some company over seas handling our customer complaints while they use another p pharmacy to ship it out so lame ass is running everything from his palace while he is making folks sick and robbing them .us need to do better at letting just anybody start a business. Embody has fallen hard since they got everyone started on their watered down meds . DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY YOUR CRAZY IF YOU DO.

I signed up/purchased 9/13/2026, here it is 9/27/2026 and my order has not left the pharmacy. I went with them because they claim over night shipping and I was out of medication. Here it is two weeks later and nothing! Customer service has been zero help and they want to charge me for the next month in a week. I truly believe they should not be charging me for next month until I have been on the medication.

BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. They charge you and then take weeks to ship your medication. If you call them, they tell you that they do not provide refunds. Worst experience ever!

Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase your GLP products from them. The problem is their terrible Customer service, poor communication, not keeping video scheduled appointments and turning around and blaming you for it. This has been a recurring problem. I have to get my support through ChatGPT for any questions I have because you cannot understand people when they call you back if they call you back. Stay away from this company. They are bad news. I am in the process of disputing the second charge because of terrible Customer service. By the way, the response that you see below from this company is the same response they gave me for my first review. It’s a generated response with no follow up/ resolution to the ongoing recurrent issues. they are not even recognized by the BBB to submit a formal complaint.
