I was a little weary at first and wasn’t sure how things would go but I have to say I’m so thankful to have found Embody and I’m looking forward to a great future with them!

Jayvee was great. Answered all of my questions and what she didn’t know she took the time to find out and explain to me.

I emailed my concern and within minutes I was set up to speak with someone. I was very surprised, because when I was looking to book an appointment on line it was a couple weeks out. I didn't want to wait that long.

Elanna was absolutely fantastic! She was so pleasant, listened perfectly, and gave helpful advice after asking thoughtful questions. I really appreciated her following up with me as well. She truly cares about the customer experience!

Communication has been consistent, on time, and informative. Prescriptions have arrived safely, on time with all included materials, and I have had no problems administering them. So far the drug has been effective based on my expectations, and I haven't experienced any negative side effects.
