If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure how this scam of a website offering Rx medications hasn't been shut down. Of course, no issues billing my credit card the $129 for a "FALSIFIED" visit. On week 2 of waiting for an unauthorized medication strength. Home page says you'll receive meds in 1-2 days. On day 12, but Kecia could mark it as "urgent" if I'd like. Never saw a provider, was on 7.5mg, was to receive 6.375mg (NEVER VERBALIZED TO ME). As a pharmacist, I hope this scam site is shut down.

Didn't process my payment when they were supposed to, which made my shipment late, therefore off schedule. Would not expedite order. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but refused to connect me. Representative stated that they had to put a ticket in for a callback and could not guarantee me when I would receive a callback.

The customer service is terrible. They cancel appointments without letting patients know and don’t even give the option to reschedule. I’ve had to reach out myself to reschedule. I noted on my intake form that I was on Tirzepatide months ago and they start me off with a high dose. I’m unable to get a refund even though the medication was not shipped yet so I’m stuck with using them for another month. I will take back my recommendation to my friends. The lower cost is not worth it.

At first I thought it was great until I ordered 2 month of meds it’s been 13 days and still sitting in same location since for 10 days I asked for replacement order was told no because it shows on its way and they also said no for refund too they don’t give refunds and I asked to speak with management and it was a no. Also I keep getting run around and no answers no product and they sure got my money so beware if you consider ordering from here it seems to be one way business take your money then bullshit you when they don’t hold up to there end of the deal

Repeatedly delayed my prescription even though the website specifies fast shipping within 2 business days. Allowed me to cancel my subscription but then informed after the fact that they wouldn't be refunding me for the subscription they cancelled. Customer service is non-existent, it is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. A total scam.

this medicine is so diluted it did nothing. i gave it a second month to see if maybe the next dose up would help bust still nothing. so i canceled. After i canceled they charged my card and refilled my rx, which is unacceptable. previously they required an acknowledgement in order to receive the next dose. i tried to contact them to tell them they charged me without my consent and they say nothing can be done since there is a no refund policy. 🤨 In response to the reply below; I tried to reach out for help and was adamantly told that there was nothing that could be done. I did try to reach out and let the situation be fixed prior to writing my review. However, the story was different when I contacted customer support.

I signed up for 90 day subscription. First month of Tirzepatide delivery was as expected. I took the last dose of my first month last week. I have called customer support and they told me they would send over my refill. That was a week ago. I called the pharmacy and still they had no refill order. I called again to customer support and now they said they would have to send it to the medical team. This company just continues to take you in circles. I wish I would have only signed up for one month or read the reviews. I feel like they only care about the money. The customer portal is a joke. There is never any useful information. The answers they give on your refills is to pacify you for a couple days until call again. Every answer to these bad reviews is the same. This company is taking advantage of people that are trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Horrible experience. Delay in sending prescription to pharmacist. Delay in shipping meds in heat of Florida. Product likely not good due to delayed shipping. Product doesn’t work like ones from another pharmacist. Put call in on Monday to ask if I should increase dosage since not effective. NP supposed to respond 48-72 hours. No response. Called on Friday and customer service had no response to why I hadn’t been contacted. Still no call, email or text. Tried to cancel membership and won’t allow until after next shipment received. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Do not use Embody.
