On time delivery

Called day one and had a very dismissive woman on the other end of the phone. Not good customer service

I switched from a different provider because the cost was much lower with Embody. I’ve only taken my second shot but I’ve lost 3 pounds the first week. Can’t wait to continue my journey

Delivered timely

Embody has been quick to respond to every message I have sent them. The product I ordered arrived before to 9 to 12 days it had initially said in my first email. As far as dosing goes I am unclear how that will go in the future but I have also not asked so that could probably be rectified by me doing so. I did read up on it and I believe they started me at a lower dose then what the Internet says is normal but I am fine with that because it seems to have the desired effects. All in all a GREAT PRICE and so far I am only on my first dose but I have eaten way less and wanted to eat even less then I have. So I think I will see the results I am looking for sooner rather then later. Thank you

Only one issue was my impatience for them to respond in a day. It took them 2 days after payment for them to respond to my specific request

I was told my meds would be here Saturday and I didn’t get it until monday. it was shippings fault. I will start my med tomorrow morning.
