Came quickly, but I was told all 6 vials would come together. I received 3. I read all papers and emails and nothing said anything about it being 3 now and 3 later. I emailed and got nowhere with the responses. I called the number and all voicemail. Finally found a number online and spoke with a person.

The product is effective. Ships from a reputable pharmacy. Lost 8lbs in a month. However I got the old bait and switch. 149 a month quickly went to 399 after the first month introductory price according to support. Nothing ever stated it was only the first month. Im looking into other companies but am reading so many instances of fake/ineffective product. I will say that the compounded tirzepatide is legitimate. But the surprise pricing is disappointing. Seems to be the case with a lot of glp1 companies unfortunately. Not sure where to source from that is trustworthy now.

I’m confused because there is no place where I can log in to an account and see my subscription or contact the provider or even log my weight loss. So I’m not happy about that. Also I never got a receipt to submit to FSA.

2nd week and no weight loss so waiting for the next 2 injections to see if it will be worth it

The price is great, but I havd my meeting with the DR 7 days ago and paid the bill but my order has not shipped yet. I sent a message to support 2 days ago and have heard nothing back.

I joined, was approved, and communication was great. I will be taking my last dose on Saturday. I've sent emails about this "patient portal " that doesn't seem to exist and have yet to receive a response. They consistently say that you can contact them but they never respond and that's a major problem for me.

Not alot of communication. Feel like I wasted my money not loosing weight not sure when I can increase the dose
