The practicioner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She entered the call 15 minutes after it was supposed to start, and I thought it would have to be rescheduled but we were able to make it work. Communication with the company has been lacking. If I hadn’t called in to check in on my medication I would not have known that I needed to do the call at all. No email or text was sent to me to schedule that. And when I did call, the call was returned long past the time that I was told it would be.
