The price is great, When I made a mistake on my intake form they corrected it for me

I’ve only taken 1 injection so far but I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress.

UPDATE: communication has improved. They say 24/7 support but the portal is not checked regularly. Also based on your demographic, there are multiple embody companies. I called the main one and they said they found me but I wasn’t registered with them? It was weird. I eventually found an email with the right number and they explained that they are embody but a different entity or something like that. It felt shady and I was confused however, legit medicine from a legit compound pharmacy was sent to me and eventually a NP got back to me regarding dosage.

The experience was good. The only thing I would say needs some fixing that they need an app specifically for customers for refills, medication information and such. I got an link and text messages, but the link didn't really work well for me. I did get the texts during mailing and such but having an actual app would really benefit people, in my opinion. Other than that, I received my meds quick after approval.

Everything was fine only issue was when the meds came ice pack was melted so hope they are still ok to use. Maybe find better packaging

So far so good I have to admit the communication was a little slow in the beginning, but so far I have had responses in a timely manner. The delivery was amazing Price let’s hope stays the same. They say no hidden charges. I’ve only done one dose so far.

The delivery time was good. After my initial enrollment I didn’t hear anything for 3 days and then only after 3 emails. Other than that, so so good.

I’m not a fan of how I received my order.
