I have not received my order as yet. It appears that the delay is in the pharmacy. And it is my understanding that it has not been shipped. Very frustrating.

It took alittle longer to finally get my medication

The communication was great, but I'm concerned with their shipping method. My product was not even chilled, the box was packed incorrectly . I was told it's still ok to use, but was not comfortable .

My medication arrived not cold and the ice pack was on the bottom underneath, not touching the medication at all. I did write and ask if that was ok to use still and made them aware. They told me that it was still ok to use and that they would make sure that it will be noted in how my medication was received.

The initial experience was great. But I requested several times to have my shipment delayed as I was promised when I signed up that they would accommodate since I was going to be out of town. Unfortunately they shipped without my knowledge. The only thing I could do was pay extra to at least have it kept at the ups store unrefrigerated. But I thought this was better than sitting in the Texas heat for four days. I’m not sure if the medication is still any good. This is my only complaint. Other than that - everything was alright.

It was easy to order and arrived well packed and had clear instructions The only issue I have was I wanted to cancel and get a refund and could not so now I either try it or throw out the whole order

Appetite slowed . So far it seems to be working. Down 4 lbs. This was my first shot 4 days ago. High hopes it will continue.

I think this is a good service and hopefully the lifetime price guarantee is true.
