Only one star since negative stars are not an option. They took my payment and I have been waiting for 29 days. I go online and put in a request with the chat bot. They apologize and say it's processing and because it's processing I can't just get a refund. If you call they tell you to go online. Find another site for your weight loss medication.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that you've been waiting 29 days for your order and had difficulty getting clear assistance. We understand how frustrating it is to have already made a payment and still be waiting for your medication, especially when you're being directed between different support channels. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We'd like the opportunity to review what happened with your order and help address your concerns.

Be Warned
Be Warned! The first shipment, no problems. Second shipment, a week late and still haven’t received the product which means I’m past due for my dose.
Also, not sure on the quality because I gained weight during my first 4 week treatment.
Zero refunds even if you don’t receive the product. You’ll get a lengthy email full of apologies, like you see in their responses on this platform, but no solutions.

HI Diane, we are truly sorry to hear that your second shipment has left you past due for your medication, especially after your first shipment went smoothly. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiving for a treatment you were expecting to receive on schedule. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We'd like the opportunity to look into shipment status and order details so our team can review what happened and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Started with Embody 1st time customer…
Started with Embody 1st time customer on August 31.
Process has been horrific. Things were smooth when then took my money. Provider underdosed me. Contacted them right away. Hours in calls spent but never return calls regarding error in prescription. Calls were escalated many times no calls returned. Finally into the 3rd week someone had looked at my negative reviews. Connected with a provider for Embody. That person was extremely supportive about the error and proceeded to try to correct it. Order was placed on 9/22/26 with Beaker Compounding Pharmacy (their reviews are not good either look at them) as of 10/1/26 still no meds. A whole month wasted on trying to get medicine that should have been smooth and seamless. I chased the dollar on this one. Cheaper has not been good with Embody and then the pharmacy they partner with Beaker Compounding has only added more to the stress. Saving some money was my goal but I learned a lesson. The lesson is that if you are with another company your happy(Nexlife) with, when they return your call, process orders quick, right dosage, ships overnight w/UPS and it only about $30 a month difference stick with them. Cheaper (embody) has not delivered for over a month now on all the above aspects i had with Nexlife. Save your time do not use Embody..

We are truly sorry to hear about the horrific experience you've had, especially after expecting a smooth and seamless process. We understand how frustrating it must be to spend so much time trying to resolve issues with underdosing, unreturned calls, and then face further delays with medication delivery. Your feedback about the partnered pharmacy is also concerning. We appreciate you sharing your experience and the lesson you learned, and we'd like to review your case to understand what went wrong.

I wrote a negative review a few weeks…
I wrote a negative review a few weeks ago, but took it down because they tried to rectify the situation. But I’ve now been waiting for my medication for more than three weeks which is unacceptable once you start on GLP1 regime?! It should NOT be this difficult 3 months into dealing with a company NOT your first dose—splease please please avoid this company!!!
Response from EmbodyOct 1, 2026
We're truly sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your medication after three weeks, especially after attempting to rectify a previous issue. We understand how crucial consistency is with a GLP1 regimen and how frustrating it must be for this to be so difficult three months into your experience with us. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account and understand what went wrong.

Terrible they bill you from wrong…
Terrible they bill you for wrong medication ms that you didn’t order and worse, they don’t rectify the situation and you pay the cost of their incompetence.

Hi Adriana, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about the billing issue your described. Being charged for medication you didn't order and then feeling that the situation wasn't properly addressed would understandably be very frustrating. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed to addressing your concerns.

Beyond horrible customer service
Update: Sure thing, "Embody Team." Your reply is clearly an automated response, because the company has had the opportunityfor TEN DAYS to contact me in any number of ways. Yet, you haven't.
Seriously people, avoid this company like the plague.
Not only did I receive the 2nd vial late, it was left by UPS at an authorized drop off point, which was a liquor and cigar store! The package was sitting behind the register and warm. This prescription needs to be refrigerated.
The second vial I received does not have enough fluid for (4) doses of my prescribed usage. I took (1) and there is no way what's left in the vial is enough for (3) more.
Embody has been of zero help in this matter, and they owe me a refund, or another vial with at least (2) more doses of 21ml. Chatting and emailing their support has been futile. Talking on the phone has been futile. I emailed them photos of the vial with zero response.
I even had a video chat with "Dr. Raj Kandavanam" on Monday evening about this, showed him the vial, and he agreed there was not sufficient fluid. But all he did was create another prescription for three months, which is not what I asked for. I have serious concerns this man is even a doctor. He was only concerned about what to add to the compound instead of what was wrong with the existing vial.
All I asked for is a simple replacement of at least (2) more doses of the same compound. They refuse to contact me. Their answers are always "We'll be in touch within 24-48 hours." They do not.
Check out the BBB complaints, and I just added my own. My next stop is to file a complaint with the FDA. These people need to be shut down.

We are truly sorry to hear about your incredibly frustrating experience with your recent order and the issues you've encountered with both delivery and product quantity. It is unacceptable that your temperature-sensitive prescription was left in a warm environment and that the vial contained insufficient fluid for your prescribed dosage. We understand your concerns about the effectiveness of the medication and the lack of resolution from our support team. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patient. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to your to gather more details. Y

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would.
I decided to switch to Embody from a provider I had been using successfully for a year and a half because Embody promised significant cost savings. The intake process went smoothly, and I was approved on September 5, but my prescription has been stuck in "processing" ever since.
On September 22, after weeks without any progress, I called to request a refund so I could return to my previous provider. Instead, I was told that scheduling an appointment with a doctor would help speed up the process. I followed their advice and scheduled an appointment—only for the provider to never show up. After I complained, they arranged a second appointment. This time, the provider did attend, and she was wonderful. Unfortunately, here we are 10 days later, and I still have not received my medication.
This medication is critical for helping stabilize my blood sugar, and missing doses is not an option. When I called again today for an update, I was transferred to an offshore call center where representatives repeatedly placed me on hold for "just two minutes" and assured me that my medication would arrive soon. However, no one could provide an actual delivery date or even an estimated timeframe.
When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was refused.
This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Embody has already taken my money, and now I am left waiting indefinitely with no answers, no accountability, and no medication. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Response from EmbodyOct 1, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear about your incredibly frustrating experience. It's clear that the process, from the initial approval to scheduling appointments and receiving your critical medication, fell far short of expectations. We understand your disappointment and the feeling of being left without answers or accountability, especially given the importance of your medication. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve our processes and communication.

Worst customer service ever!!
Worst customer service ever!!! Also, why do you take 5 million orders if you cannot fulfill them within a REASONABLE time. I ordered meds on 9/13 and still have YET to receive them. I have called EVERY DAY and was even assigned a team member to reach out to directly. They are no help as well as chats, emails, and filing official complaints with BBB and Attorney General.
Response from EmbodyOct 1, 2026
Hi Jody, we're really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, especially after waiting since September 13 and making repeated attempts to get an update. We understand that being passed between different support channels without a clear resolution can be incredibly discouraging. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed to addressing your concerns.
