Very happy with the overall experience, and fast processing. Only thing needs improvement is knowledge/access to portal/ website. Very difficult to find, I had to call, which was also not an easy thing to find the number.

Just took my 2nd shot this week and it’s going great! This was an easy process to get setup and meds sent! Much cheaper than the program I was previously on!

They have lots of AI-generated video ads, and when I left a full shopping cart after entering my personal information, they had an AI chatbot reach out and pretend to be a human. The chatbot gave me wrong information about how their credit card processing works (they only put a hold on your credit card until it ships, while their AI said they charge first). It is possible to call their number 24/7, although often you'll get someone who has English as a second language and reads off a knowledge base. The nurse line is not available at all hours. When I finally placed that hold on my credit card, I was able to speak directly with a nurse and get my concerns addressed, including fact checking the AI agent. They charged me $129 for the first month, and promised that they would never increase the price. I was quickly approved by the doctor for my specific case, and a prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy. The compounding pharmacy I got did have a 503A regulation in Texas. They said it could take 14 business days for the delivery, but in my experience it was much faster, about 4 days total to getting my GLP-1 in my hand. The prescription was compounded with B-12, in a different formulation than the big GLP-1 companies advised against, so they are up-to-date with their prescribing knowledge. Cross referencing with the /r/compoundedtirzepatide wiki, it seems they follow best practices, giving a new vial every 28 days. The pharmacy itself didn't send a sharps container with the syringes, and the injection instructions they sent weren't directly from their website. Overall, I appreciate their ability to provide life-saving GLP-1 medications accessible at a low price point within an excellent time-frame, while preserving safety and efficacy.
