I’m a frustrated. I’ve only lost 2 pounds. I’m still having food noise. How do I get rid of those noises?

Was extremely great from the start from ordering and approval. It's been a week so far and still waiting for my product to be shipped. This part is a bit frustrating since I've seen it would be shipped immediately!! I am now writing again. Today. 7/16. It has been 2 weeks now since I've ordered. I wrote to the care team and they said the pharmacy is still processing my order. What happend to the fast delivery? Not quite sure if this is just stolen money or if this is just how this company works. EMPTY PROMISES!!! I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!

The process itself was good, but there are so many competing pricing structures out there for the same medication that, once I received the medicine, I found other places that do the same for less. Also, other "kits" come with the alcohol swabs, and while a small thing, it is nice to get everything all in one neat package.

My medicine got shipped on the ninth and I didn’t get it till the 12th. The ice packs were warm and the medicine was warm so now I’m worried about it.

Well I received my package from UPS and since they delivered it late the ice pack was melted and the medicine is about a hour or so from being completely ruined since it's supposed to have been kept cold. It's like room temperature not hot so I hope that it's ok to take considered that my dose is due today. I understand that it's UPS that delivered it late but maybe 2 ice packs instead of 1 would be a better option for shipping. Otherwise no issues with your company and look forward to a great relationship between us.
