The shipping time is frustrating as is the portal once you sign up. I also should be able to Upload a prescription and get the dosage my dr wants to see me on.

I purchased the Trizepitide with B12 for 1 year on July 1. I never received my first doses until July 13. When it arrived the ice packs were hot (melted) and the doses were warm. Not sure if I should be using the doses sent to me. Also, the color of the doses are a deep red. When I googled why they were red it said that with B12 added it should have a pink or red hue. This dose is a deep red so again...not sure if I should be using this prescription.

The reason it’s 3 out of five is because they don’t tell you upfront they’re only sending 12 weeks worth at a time, I just wish I would have known from the beginning, also they’re website isn’t user friendly for finding contact info, feels like they’re trying to hide from communication. Other than that, yes I got my prescription in a timely manner.

I got the medicine on Thursday, decided to start on Saturday. Today is Tuesday. So far, I’m impressed with how quickly it came. I think the instructions could have been a little more detailed. I have not, as yet lost any weight. 😞 However, I feel fine, not tired, no stomach issues, no headache, nothing! But Rome wasn’t built in a day so…… I’m on a “weight” and see holding pattern!!

Food cravings less, but no weight loss yet. But hasn't been a week No side affects either

New Update- 07-25-26 - I did receive my medication- Finally !! After several emails back and forth, I finally got the medication. I just don’t understand why it took them so long to process payment. Beyond me. Changing my star rating from 1 star to 3 star. Next update after medication use. Previous review - I paid, but I have not received anything yet. I am being given run around that “medication is approved but we are still processing your payment.” You guys took my money and now you are telling me that it takes 15 days to process my payment, whereas my bank shows money is paid. Medication is still not shipped. Not happy with service. I am sure this is a scam.
