Your team dropped the ball yes I recieved the GLP 1 med for a month supply. But no support

My approval and welcome messages came right away. It's been 10 days since, and still no shipping confirmation or tracking. I was excited to get started, but I don't understand what takes so long to send a medication.

Great email response from customer service. I paid 8 days ago and my medicine still hasn't shipped. A little concerned about the pharmacy and delivery, now and on future shipments.

The order arrived very quickly and the instructions were clear. The medicine works, However, it’s advertised that there’s medical consulting, which doesn’t seem to exist. I’d also appreciate a patient portal, as advertised. Lastly, it’s difficult to get in touch with the company.

I like that once my meds were shipped I received them fast and that you shipped in a cooler with ice pack. I didn't really like it that I didn't receive a call from a Dr or NP before they were shipped as I was already on a 5. Prescription I could have sent you proof of my scrip instead of having to start at the bottom again! That was a total let down!!! The price was the best I have found yet.

Just started July 11th not feeling any different at this point - maybe 2nd shot will start to show a difference . We will see
