The package arrived 3 days later and it’s warm so i’m not sure if that’ll messed up the medication or not, the ice pack inside is warm.

I tried to contact you through the site and text and no response. I left a message asking for a video or hep on how to use your product. I also to you in a text that you took too long so I ordered through another company. Now regarding the packaging. It looked very nice. Well packed.

I wish that customer service was open on weekend days instead of just week days. I received my medicine à week later on Friday evening problem is my order was not right. I should have gotten 2 tirzepatide bottles but only received one . I was supposed to get 4 weekly shots of 10mg but did not . For some reason the pharmacy said to take 10mg 50units. I should have received 10mg 100 units. Im hoping to get this mess taken care of right away. Any help with this matter would be great, looking forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely patty Will do another review after I get this mess taken care of.
