The providers make you feel rushed and I truly didn’t understand the dosage. I still gone have clarity. I wanted to like Embody but I am truly disappointed.

You do not want to order from this company they took my money out on the 21st of September today is the 3rd of October and they are saying the 13th before I should get it they lied on every email they've sent. Buy from a street vendor before dealing with this company.

This company is terrible. I had to spend a week fixing a 'glitch' that showed my membership was canceled. During that time I let them know it needed to be delivered within the next two weeks. That time has come and gone. Pharmacy is backed up the patient portal says, I have two escalations and haven't been contacted yet! Today I have been on hold for almost 2 hours and even used chat and what I was told was that my order would not be able to be refunded because it is a compounded medication. I understand that, however, they had AMPLE notice that I needed it by a certain date. Meanwhile this has put me around 3weeks behind on my meds. This company is trash. Do not use them!!!! Edit: Found out the day I was placed on hold there wasn't even ANY supervisors working to answer a call. Supposedly all in a meeting. Then I was told when they got out someone would contact me. ASAP. Guess what? No one called. To THIS DAY, no one has called. I left the state early this morning. Around 2am I got an email, pharmacy has sent meds. Then at 8am an email from y'all saying that they would cancel but can't since it has already been shipped. No one here to put my package in the fridge. Even if they were, I would still be without meds. So it is NO HELP! 🤣 Such a joke. I have disputed the charges with my bank. This was 3 weeks of y'all playing in my face. Theft, misdirection and blatant lying. This is beyond too little too late. Also, y'all are upsetting so many patients with this type of buisness model, it has left a way for scammers to try to trick people on Facebook. Many groups pretending to be patient care for your company.

Month number 3 I had to call 7 days from running out of meds. 3rd month I will be 3 days period without a shot. Was told by customer service call when you take week e shot. We have to manually release to pharmacy. Now 7-10 day wait for meds. You took my money and failed to do what you promised. I didn't need to call for you to take my money. About to file a lawsuit for failure to reder services paid for.

This company is quick to process the payment but that’s the only thing they are quick to do. There’s always a delay with the medication. Customer service’s solution to every issue that you contact them for is to schedule an appointment with the doctor and then the doctor doesn’t call and that causes an even longer delay.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started this whole process on 8/24/26. I have been on a compounded tirzepatide for over 2 years and was trying to find something a little easier on the wallet. BIG MISTAKE! It took 2 1/2 weeks to get a consultation phone call. On the day I was supposed to have my call, which is scheduled for a specific time, I had to reach out to them because I hadn’t received a call after an hour of waiting. They finally did call. The provider never asked to see my previous prescription even though they texted me NUMEROUS times saying I needed to provide proof. The provider then told me that the order would be sent to the pharmacy. Not even an hour later I received text and email stating that there was a delay at the pharmacy. I continued to get these texts and emails daily for over a week. Thankfully, I locked my credit card until I could determine if this company was legit. 3 weeks in, they tried to charge my card again when I hadn’t even received my first order. I contacted them to get a refund. I was told once it’s sent to the pharmacy they couldn’t issue a refund. I told them I would dispute the charge. They again stated that once it’s sent to the pharmacy, a refund couldn’t be issued. I disputed the charge and lo and behold, they issued the refund! 2 weeks after the order was sent to the pharmacy, I got notification that my order had shipped. I have zero confidence it will be usable as I’ve seen many reviews stating their meds were warm upon delivery. Even after all of that, as of today, they are STILL trying to charge my card. As with most medication consistency is key and if the company isn’t reliable, it’s not going to work. I will stick to the company I’ve been using as I’ve NEVER had an issue receiving my meds on time. RUN from this company!

This company is awful. I ordered GLP 1 and received the first month just fine. 2nd month wasn't shipped but I was charged. I also ordered the NAD + and never received my order despite being charged 2 months in a row. When I tried to call customer service, I was "guaranteed" a call back by a supervisor same day and was never called. I guess I'm out $500. I DO NOT recommend this company.

It’s now creeping up on a month since my last review of being scammed out of my $50 upgrade and magically after I wrote the review the next day the pharmacy was working on my order even though I tried to cancel. I’ve contacted them multiple times regarding the medication or getting the money back they have stolen, but nobody will do anything. Please people, don’t trust this company. I’m astonished at the amount of people who have now written the same problems I’m going through since the last time I wrote my review
