My package was not shipped on time. It was supposed to arrive with or before my husbands order so we could team up for our weight loss journey. I ordered days before he did and told him about Embody. My order arrived the next week. Very disappointing and when I tried to chat with staff I was never given the truth of anything. Just excuses and downright dishonesty. I don’t appreciate that. I would have responded to being told the truth rather than saying something made up or false. Not sure if either of us plan on reordering after all of that.

Only my first week, no difference. Hopefully. I will see something next week.

My prescription was approved quickly but I still have not received any shipping information or medication. My card was charged for the full amount quickly, but the shipping is not fast. It doesn't make sense to send out a survey asking how your experience was when the experience is incomplete or has not even happened yet.

So far I am not impressed. I signed up for this on July 5th and had to reach out for someone to look at my profile to schedule an appointment where the first available time is on the 29th of July. They seemed to want us to pay right away for something we can get access to for close to a month. That has been my experience with them so far.

Dose is not strong enough. As I noted before I had been on semiglutide recently so instead of taking your recommended 50 I upped it to 60. It was somewhat effective the first couple of days but wore off quickly.

You did a good job of selling me, I got my meds and it’s working but what next? Does it ship automatically next month? What’s the dose? What if I have questions? There is no channel for support on your web page.

The packaging, delivery etc went well. However, I don’t like that I have to use 125 units which means I have to take two shots for one dose. I would like the compound to be potent enough to use only one shot.

I keep trying to find out shipping date. I can't get answers when it says 24/7 service.
