NOT HAPPY about receiving my shipment with melted ice packs and a VERY warm vial and then being told this is "normal", when its stress to KEEP REFRIGERATED!

I signed up to receive the GLP1 and it has been a month and I have had to wait to talk to doctor. It is scheduled for 7/20/26. And then approved, it is going to take another week before I get the GLP1. I would have gone with another company had I known how long it would take to get the product.

Package arrived. It took a few more days than expected. Opened it immediately (because I know the contents needs to remain chilled. Both ice packs were melted and the interior of the “cooler” /shipping container was hot to the touch. I’m questioning the viability and effectiveness of the contents now. I don’t know what else to say. I’m not very happy at this point.

I feel like the dose that I got prescribed is not doing anything because I still feel the same and I haven’t seen no change in today was my second dose

I've sent a couple of emails asking about the 3 vials that got sent to me and noone has ever responded.

I haven’t gotten it yet. I’m pretty discouraged by how long it’s taking. No other company I’ve used ever has taken this long. I ordered July 4

Ordering and getting approved was smooth, but, it had been at the pharmacy for over a week and hasn’t shipped. I hope it doesn’t take this long every month :(

Too early to tell. The item was delivered and placed in the direct sun.
