Beware if you are switching companies
EDIT #2 09/18/2026: I paid for my medication on 09/03/2026 and have still not received my medication. They sent me meds that will expire before I even take my 4th shot. I have called customer service and sent an email that remains unanswered and they are not helpful. I appreciate the care from the doctors and the price of the medication but getting someone to understand that you sent me meds that will expire before my last shot can be taken. All they could say was it won't happen again and that I need to call so they can bill my card when I'm on week 3. I am on week 4 with no meds and you billed me on the 3rd. I would really a appreciate if this could be resolved. EDIT: They did end up contacting me and sending out the correct doseage the next day. I recevied everything the following day. If you're new to their company make sure you read the after summary report if you have already been on the medication and are wanting to stay at the same or higher dose. They were very prompt to fix the issue and I appreciate that. I signed up and got a quick response from the provider asking for proof of my dosage. I sent it in within an hour. Later I saw I was approved and the meds were shipping out. Great, that was insanely fast. I read the after report summary and see that they prescribed me the starting dose. I called and let them know I take the strongest dose and that I sent in all the proof they asked for. They said they would create a ticket and have someone look into it. So today I get a delivery from them and it's the starting dose. The entire vial isn't even enough for 1 dose. I called again and another ticket was opened. I am now waiting for an email to see if this can be fixed.
