Have only received one shipment so far. It was on time and what I ordered. However, it’s really difficult to login to the embody portal. Idk how to change my information or reach out to anyone.

I like the price. But had trouble with the lack of information sent along with the product, no customer service contact info. Sent emails and made phone calls, neither returned, finally found info on ad on Facebook. The fact that this is a subscription service should be stated upfront.

So far the product doesn't seem to be working like my last bottle of Trizepatide. Not sure why. Also much smaller bottle then last company I ordered from. ..?

Customer service needs to improve. Takes them 3-4 days and sometimes they don’t even answer. most of the time I have to message the doctor to get answers. Took my first order almost 2 weeks to arrive. The 3 star is for packaging and supplies. 😍 My weight loss medication was packed in a styrofoam cooler with two ice packs. 😍 Also syringes, alcohol wipes, and instructions. My medication came from TX to FL and Took 5 days. When I received it was a little warm. They assured me that it was safe if warm and NOT hot. They need faster delivery and 24 hour customer service reply like other companies offer. Oh they don’t offer a phone number to call customer service. Going to start my shots from this company next week. Hope to update my post then. With ALL that said they need to: Improve customer service. Improve delivery Time. AND Need to Have a phone number and IF they decide to give you one have a person on other end and not a recording that hangs up during work hours.

No one has contacted me to see how the program is going I need to request my next medication shipped

Overall the company did what they said they would do. It was several days slower than other companies I have used, however and when I contacted customer support, it was 3 days before I got any reply. The product itself is good, but I think they could greatly improve speed and customer service.

Delivery from pharmacy was delayed and rescheduled by UPS after receiving it for later date so packaging was not very cool as it should have been (when finally received) to protect integrity of the medicine .

I still haven't received my prescription. The address was not in the correct order so now it's delayed for another week
