Shipping has taken longer than anticipated and communication has not been best. My prescription was approved on 7/6, today is 7/16 and it just shipped. I had to sent 2 messages and one phone call to check status of shipping as of right now, product has still not arrived. I was disappointed, in how long the process took, I have been getting meal plans in place only to wait on this product to arrive

Got my initial shipment, did my follow-up questionnaire. Received a response from the Dr., but then silence...called customer support; requested a payment change (just to pay with a different card) they sent the link, and I changed it but now they say they have no record of me. Emailed, texted, called ...nothing... I'm out of the med and can't get anyone to respond.

My meds arrived room temperature even though they were packaged well with ice. There seemed to be a delay with shipping. Was going to arrive Friday. Then came Monday. This could really degrade the product.

I would love to be at a higher dose. I didn't get a choice in the dose. I was at 7.5 my last round going thru my more expensive company :(

Shipping was great. I've had personal issues with starting the product and opted to change days. Not very pleased with results so far. Hopefully, results will get better after this first month.
