Slow process time
The intake process was great. It only took 2 days to get onboarded and to get my prescription approved. My prescription has been sitting in processing for 9 days now though and I have not received an update as to when I can expect shipment.Prescription shipped and arrived promptly.

No actual medical supervision
Literally had an issue with taking the product and they’re supposed to have 24/7 support. Emailed multiple times and was told a nurse would get in contact with me within 24 hours and it’s been 6 days .

Could not get an appointment for a…
Could not get an appointment for a month except they told me to keep checking calendar still have not had an appointment. I did manage to move it up one week. To July 22. I hope it’s not this bad going forward

Multiple no-show providers for…
Multiple no-show providers for appointments I keep making trying to complete the steps. Multiple calls to company. No help but charged me already for the program on the 17th. *July 22 a provider contacted me via telephone and stated they don’t use the online platform which is where I had been directed to go via provided link and phone calls to reps. My account is finally truly updated that I had an actual appointment and I am now waiting on fulfillment updates.

It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the medication. I have not received the email from whatever pharmacy you have chosen. I have not received the name of the pharmacy either, but the money sure did come out of my account quick. I need to know if I just lost $130.00 or not?
