Hi Tammy, we have both sync and async visits depending on a major list of factors - but basically meaning that someone people will see a doctor on a face-to-face video visit and others will simply submit their intake form and respond to questions via messaging! Not one way or the other - but rather we have both! You signed up for our Embody program that had a $250 off Tirzepatide code attached to your first month. So sorry that there was confusion there!

Hi Robert, From what it sounds like you completed our optional refill intake about 10 days before the end of the month (since you mentioned 20 days). These refill requests are completely optional but if you do submit one it would pull your billing date forward and create a new order once the doctor reviews your intake. With that said I'm so sorry to hear it caused a negative experience. Please reach out to us and we'll make it right!
